I would give this company a zero star…
I would give this company a zero star if i could.
I made a purchase on the 4th August 2026 there website says 3-5 day dispatch but on the 12th August 2026 still awaiting a dispatch message. Contract them over and over to be told still waiting on delivery from main depot before able to dispatch, no explanation from them.
I requested to cancel the order and get refund but still waiting on any communication.
This company customer service is by far the worst.
Never ever using this company again.

Website listing inaccurate, but honored
Update: they acknowledged the error, are updating the website, and honoring the listing. It's a shame it took a bit of back and forth to sort, but they did sort it, so credit due.
"Makita HP003GZ01 40V Max XGT Brushless Combi Drill with Makpac Case (Body Only)"... doesn't come with Makpac Case.
"MAKPHP003GZO1", Google says "and a Makpac connector case".
Dishonest.

Order process good, despatched very quickly but oh boy then it went so wrong - Parcel Force are dreadful, finally got delivery five days later. Parcel Force claimed they tried to deliver which was not true - Toolden if you don’t want to shed customers suggest you do not continue with Parcel Force, I will think twice about ordering from you in the future as I can not put up with such a poor delivery/carrier provider.

I'm a 2nd fix carpenter
I'm a 2nd fix carpenter. I have had to return the 2nd angled nailer twice now all within the first six months .First time the driving pin stuck out and would not retract that was in the first month .2nd time I had miss fire's over and over again got so bad I had to take it to the repair shop still in 1st 6 months of a 3 year warranty said it was due to wear and tear over £200 for the repair . DO NOT BUY not a professional tool . Not a professional service.

All good when taking your money but…
All good when taking your money but best of luck when the item goes wrong. Pretty much ask you to try and fix it yourself, then delay collection to ensure item is more than 30-days old so neither they nor manufacturer have to take responsibility….. then they take your item back and vanish. No item, no refund. Shambles.
