I initiated an inquiry as to the delay and the matter was followed up by the company.
I was kept updated and things were dealt with appropriately and they apologised for the delay.

I recently ordered some gloves from Tool Orders. They turned up but unfortunately were too big. I emailed Tool Orders to let them know and they posted a new smaller pair before they even received the original ones I sent back! I ordered a 3/8 universal attachment and forget to give the name of the street where I live. I quickly received a mail from the company asking me for the street name. The mail was written as if it was personal giving me the feeling that someone took the time to show an interest in my order. I was so impressed for I have never experienced such service from any other online shopping before. The next day I received another mail saying that the item was in the post. 1st class.
I will certainly look to do more online shopping with Toolorders.

I was really impressed with a company that e-mailed on a Sunday, replied to my return e-mail that day and then when the items came into stock earlier than expected sent them out first class post as they appreciated my need for the item. True customer service which bigger companies could learn from.
