Took my car in today to rectify a minor fault. Was greeted by Mia at the service desk who was great and very friendly. I got a call at midday to update me on the car. Collected it later in the day and once again was fully informed and very impressed with the level of customer service, many thanks

Great Car Mot Service

Very smooth and easy process. Was kept well informed by the service advisor Ellie. Calling throughout the process with updates. She had a great manor and made the process feel personal and thorough. The same can be said for the video provide by Giovanni. Very detailed and clear and great to have.

I really appreciate the wash but would be great to be able to upgrade this to a deeper clean and possibly inside also.

Mia was helpful and polite and kept me informed and answered a query I had after the Service. Went through vehicle health check report and explained one area to be aware of which was relating to a Tyre.

Had a service and MOT booked in today. I was greeted by Mia at the customer service desk. She was very friendly and explained clearly what was going to happen today. I had a couple of queries which she wasn’t able to answer there and then but she took a note and said she would look into them and discuss with me when I collected my car. Mia came out to my car and put the seat cover on and even asked how I was getting home and had my lift arrived. Very helpful and polite.
I was updated with the progress and they called again once the car was ready to be collected. I had an added surprise of a nice clean car when I arrived to collect it.
Thank you Mia and team for a very pleasant experience today.
