Great customer service by Mia took me in with welcoming smile and made me comfortable as a customer.
Tea coffee bar needs refilling but thats minor, was informed possibly 2 hrs service but was done in an hour and 15 mins.
All in all great service.

I would like to say a huge thanks to Giovanni at MG Basildon. Earlier today my car wouldn’t start - we called AA who identified that the battery was being drained due to an initialising issue with the radio. The AA managed to charge the battery but warned me that this was likely to happen again. As we were going away for the weekend in the car I was pretty stressed by this so I quickly drove to MG Basildon and arrived 20 mins before closing time with zero expectations that anything could be done today. However Giovanni advised a software update would resolve the issue and he would do it straight away (even thought it meant going passed closing time) to give me peace of mind. I really want to say this was extremely good service and way beyond what I was expecting. Thanks so much Giovanni.

Met at service desk, was seen by Mia Charters. Very nice person, came across as professional and had great "people skills" even had a bit of banter! Service completed quick an d trouble free, had a complementary hot chocolate while waiting. 👍
