Good service. Not the fastest but they paid exactly what they promised (including postage costs) without any fuss. Would use again.

All was good until you send your phones back to them. Had a email saying phones had been received on 23rd march 2018 just over 2 weeks ago now. But they state payment will be made within 5 working days of them been received and tested. but had nothing more. Two working weeks later have Emailed them twice now and rang the phone number but no response. Its not the value of the phones that i am bothered about its the principal. They set the rules and guidelines and systems in place on there web site but on this occasion they are not doing what they say. What is more annoying is that the old phones where my parents and they wanted the money to go to charity when i get the payment back. Not much value. But the principal of it all.But carnt see that happening now. Either they are not bothered as its only small money or there is a major back log in processing the recycled phones and payment. If you read these comments top dollar get a grip and sort it out. If you are going to use a company to recycle your phone or phones based on personal experience they are slow .
It took over 3 weeks for payment to be made back to me after they had my phones back . this is a bit slow .

Sent an old Nexus 4 handset, badly cracked screen that no longer responds to touch.
Got £7.37 sent to my account in a few days. No problems.

No issues from my old mobile going into Topdollarmobile. Based on the no issues service I received I would recommend.

I sold my broken phone (wouldn't power on) to Topdollarmobile and the service and payment was great. From placing my order to receiving the payment it only took 10 days and I received the exact amount that I had been quoted on the website.
