birthday party
we a happy birthday party for my husband a couple of weeks ago and had the most wonderful time.
The staff were wonderful, Aidan and Steve (and Madison getting it all set up).
The food was delicious and we will definitely have another party there thank you so much everyone

Fun for the whole family
A few weeks ago I surprised my husband with a trip to Topgolf. We had so much fun we decided to go back the following week and make it a family day. Even our hard to please teenage daughter had fun with us! The food was great, the heated couch was wonderful and the staff was amazing. The manager noticed we had some smaller golfers with us so he brought us children clubs. The attention to detail made us feel special. We had a wonderful, much needed family day. Thank you Topgolf for being apart of 2 special family events in one month 🥰

I have played WGT golf for years. In the early days it was fantastic but has been in serious decline ever since.
Corporate greed and even theft have taken over what was once a great game.
Customer service is customer brush off.
I paid to upgrade my attire to a national dress, some time back, which was not delivered and a request for a refund was ignored.
Branded (pay to win) golf balls cost as much as real life balls.
Unending software errors plague the site. Most recently a cookies bar that re-appears on every page even when the preferences have been saved. Also an attempt to buy credits results in a never ending log in loop so is impossible.

Corporate greedy overpricing
Corporate greedy overpricing. Here in Ohio we had “BigShots” well TopGolf bought them (BigShits was pretty much identical to TopGolf) and the only change TopGolf made was menu obviously and changing the price per hour from $9 to now an absolutely absurd $30 on a SUNDAY. They increased the pricing for every single day but that’s just an example. No thanks. I genuinely hope they close forever. They have ended single playing golfers.
Traumatising
It was very very cold and they did not have heating, furthermore they cursed me and put something in my balls to stop them going straight. I had to convince my self not to take them to court. Hopefully they improve
Buyer Be Aware
We found the staff at Top Golf RI very nice. Our experience was mixed. I feel like consumer be aware. To play it was $60 for 90mins. We showed up about 15 mins early. We went right up to our bay when we got the text. The 2 last people from a kid's party were just leaving. The server needed to clean-up. We waited until they finished cleaning. When we finally signed in, it only gave us 80 mins and not 90mins. When we got the bill, I mentioned the 80 mins vs 90 mins and the server spoke to the manager and they took money off. I thought the experience was fun, but a bit pricey (specifically if you are the one paying for it all). Play was fun but I did feel a bit rushed, because there is a timer. When we got the bill, it included the 1-time membership fee $6pp, the food, drinks, and playing cost ($15 had already been billed to my card upon reservation). Here is the "buyer aware" I did not realize this until the next day that we left a tip, on the entire bill and not only on the food and drink bill. The entire bill included $45 play time and the $24 membership fee. I guess we made the servers day with the extra tip. He was attentive and good. I also realized that they charged us a membership fee for someone who already paid during a previous visit. I will call them.
Ordered a gift card for a present
Ordered a gift card for a present. 10 days later still no card, it hasn't even shipped according to tracking number they gave me. They emailed me to wait another 10 days (after Christmas) That is unacceptable when they deduct your funds same day as order.
Surprised
I have been to Top Golf three different locations for a total of five times. The surprise to me was good food. I have not had a bad experience at any location. I’ll go back.
We’ve been regulars at the Topgolf…
We’ve been regulars at the Topgolf location in El Paso, TX, visiting at least three to five times each year. Every visit, we spend well over $500—and last night (12/13/2025), our group of six (including three kids) spent over $750 for a night we were hoping would be memorable for the right reasons.
Unfortunately, our experience was soured by the way the manager, JD (stationed on the first floor), responded when we had issues with the computer system not registering our golf balls. Instead of helping us work through the problem, JD seemed visibly irritated and told us there wasn’t anything he could do. He expected us to resolve the issue on our own rather than stepping up as a manager and prioritizing customer satisfaction. After much back-and-forth, JD eventually added 30 extra minutes to our overall time, but we had definitely spent well over that dealing with the technical difficulties, and the gesture hardly made up for our lost time and money.
What frustrated us most wasn’t the money—it was the principle of the matter, especially given our loyalty to this location. We simply wanted to be heard and supported, particularly with kids in our group who were excited for a fun evening. JD’s lack of initiative and unwillingness to properly address the problem left us feeling disregarded and undervalued as customers. He failed to demonstrate the professionalism and leadership expected from a manager, especially under pressure. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this Topgolf location—particularly if you expect respect and effective customer service when things go wrong.
I wanted to update you on my review of Topgolf
I wanted to update you on my review. I’m sure everyone has seen the news Calloway/Topgolf sold 60%. To Leonard Green and partners. I was contacted by the area manager over Dallas in Fort Worth James Howard, who told me his family was military that he understood he would get me in contact with somebody from the corporate office.
So what he was doing was passing the Buck. I was contacted by Hannah Neland. Who says that she was over the membership. In her email to me as I stated before she called me a member of the US Marine Corps. I’m a veteran not a member. It took a week to get up with her and all she would say was we don’t offer that program anymore, but let me offer you a gift card but you still have to pay the full price. I don’t want a gift card. I wanted the price I was told. As I’m trying to explain this to her she hangs up on me. Before she does this she tells me that I had no right to talk to her That way. Surprised me because all I was doing was explaining it to her and she hangs up. This is the type of executive management team that they have a Topgolf. No wonder why they are in financial trouble.
Then I read that they sold 60% to Leonard Green and partners. I tried reaching out to some of the members that Leonard Greene, but of course like everyone else they ignore you.
They have proved that they are not a military organization as they try to represent. And then tell you that their old CEO was a special forces veteran who come to find out, never served in the military.
Topgolf and its people in Dallas and in Charlotte, North Carolina are very deceptive. Smug because they feel that they’re better than you. And when you have an area manager, tell you that his family was military and he understood but instead of helping you he passes you off.
I hope every person who read this tells three people about this and that those three people tell three more. To let Topgolf and whoever knows that you can’t lie about your military representation. That you are not a military veteran, friendly Company.

Topgolf Edison – Outstanding Service from Cristian & Ashlynn!
Topgolf Edison – Outstanding Service from Cristian & Ashlynn!
I’ve visited Topgolf Edison twice recently, and both experiences were absolutely excellent thanks to Cristian Macaluso (Manager in the red jacket) and Ashlynn (our server).
From the moment my party arrived, Cristian made sure everything ran smoothly. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out — he went above and beyond to accommodate our group and ensure we were comfortable and having a great time.
Ashlynn provided exceptional service both times we visited — friendly, attentive, and always checking in at the perfect moments without being intrusive. She remembered details from our previous visit, made great recommendations, and kept everything organized with a smile.
It’s rare to find such consistent, prompt, and thoughtful service from both management and staff. Thanks to Cristian and Ashlynn, Topgolf Edison has become one of my favorite spots to relax, have fun, and feel well taken care of.
Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be returning and bringing more friends and family along.

Shocking treatment of families and children – discriminatory, unprofessional, and retaliatory
We booked a birthday celebration at Topgolf Surrey in May 2024 for 18 people, including young children aged 4 and 6. Despite pre-booking fast track and paying in advance, we were initally denied grouped seating and told to “just manage,” while staff monitored us disproportionately compared to other guests.
Food service was incomplete and poorly managed. Midway, staff aggressively accused us of policy breaches without evidence and publicly ejected us in front of our children, telling them using exactly these words “you’ve been kicked out.” This caused embarrassment and distress on what should have been a joyful occasion.
To make matters worse, Topgolf charged us for food that was unconsumed or partially consumed after we had left. We had to return to the venue to demand a partial refund, which they reluctantly issued.
When I raised a formal complaint, rather than investigating or apologising, Topgolf escalated matters by imposing a UK-wide ban on all attendees — including toddlers. This feels like clear retaliation for raising a grievance and has left our families deeply upset. BB
This was not our first visit — on 8th February we had a positive experience with the same group, which highlights how inconsistently and unfairly the rules were applied this time.
Extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism, lack of empathy, and apparent bias shown by Topgolf. I cannot recommend them to families or anyone expecting respectful treatment. I hope they have some coaching on the word called 'customer service' as its surprising how consistently poor they are at it till the senior most level at site.
Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible! We had two gift cards that, based on what we were charged, were not fully applied to our bill. The manager at the TopGolf said she couldn't check what had been applied from our gift cards (a manager SHOULD be able to do this!). She told me to call the 888 customer service number. I tried several times but was UNBLE to get through to a human being. I will NEVER patronize TopGolf again. Beware of using gift cards!!
No thanks
No thanks. $5 mandatory membership fee per player, no option. Tees are low, ball dispenser is right up against the tee. If you’re in an end bay every target is far right or left. $9 each for a flavored seltzer. Do yourself a favor and go to a real golf course and play a round for 100 bucks. Bring your own drinks and you’re golden or do the 19th hole at the clubhouse.
What a nightmare I had trying to book…
What a nightmare I had trying to book a time with a voucher I'd purchased upfront for a family golf trip. Nobody manning the telephone or returning calls, facebook messages being redirected and eventually I used the online enquiry form the day of the voucher expiring, to be contacted 3 days later to say the time period for my voucher had now expired. Manager saying nothing he can do and ended up just losing the money. Bit of a let down all round
Excellent Service at Top Golf, Glasgow
I have made an effort today to write a review as I wanted to give top feedback to Aicha who brought us food and drinks today.
With her sunny disposition and customer service skills, Aicha helped to make our visit to Top Golf, Glasgow a special occasion. She was great with our children, friendly and such a lovely person. Aicha is an asset to your organisation.
Good evening
Came here for an evening arrived at a peak time and Que to get in was a bit long but moved quickly didn’t have a membership which I now do wanted to go upstairs so did have to wait with 13 people in front but this gave us enough time to grab some food whilst we waited staff were very attentive only downside was that there was no vinegar by time the food came and we had finished eating it was then time to go play
We purchased a $300 Top Golf gift card…
We purchased a $300 Top Golf gift card and never received it. Since then, it’s been nothing but a runaround from what seems to be an overseas call center with no real help. I’ve asked multiple times for a refund or at least some kind of resolution, and all I’ve been told is “someone will contact you in 1–2 business days.” It’s been much longer, still nothing.
I’ve spent hundreds (if not thousands) at Top Golf over the years for corporate events, but after this experience? Never again. This is completely unacceptable, and frankly feels like a scam.
Save yourself the trouble and do not buy gift cards from Top Golf, they’ll take your money and leave you hanging!
Rubbish
What a surprise that the service is poor...a two star rating on TP! Problem with gift certificate purchase. No reply from email form (only way to contact apparently). Phone number on hold permanently. Useless. Will never use again.
