Bad experience

Ik heb op 26 januari een sofa besteld met een beloofde leveringstermijn van 12 weken. Die termijn is intussen ruim verstreken, en ik kwam pas te weten dat er vertraging was omdat ik zelf contact moest opnemen. Toen werd mij simpelweg gezegd dat de levering 6 weken vertraagd is, met een nieuwe datum op 21 mei — dus 18 weken in totaal.

Ik verwacht binnenkort een baby en had gepland om de sofa nog te behandelen met een chemisch product vóór de geboorte. Dat is nu niet meer veilig mogelijk. Ik heb gevraagd om een korting of een oplossing. Hun antwoord? “We kunnen niets doen.” En ik kan de bestelling niet annuleren.

Ik zit dus vast aan een sofa die veel te laat komt, zonder hulp, zonder flexibiliteit, en zonder excuses. Echt slechte service. Absoluut geen aanrader.

J’ai commandé un canapé le 26 janvier avec un délai de livraison annoncé de 12 semaines. Ce délai est dépassé, et je n’ai appris le retard que parce que j’ai dû appeler moi-même. On m’a simplement dit qu’il y aurait 6 semaines de retard, avec une livraison prévue le 21 mai — soit 18 semaines au total.

J’attends un bébé et j’avais prévu de traiter le canapé avec un produit chimique avant son arrivée. Ce ne sera plus possible en toute sécurité. J’ai demandé un geste commercial ou une solution. Leur réponse ? « On ne peut rien faire. » Et je ne peux pas annuler la commande.

Je me retrouve donc à attendre un canapé en retard, sans aide, sans flexibilité, sans excuses. Service client déplorable. À fuir.

I ordered a sofa on January 26th with a 12-week delivery promise. It’s now past that deadline, and I only found out it was delayed because I called them myself. They casually told me it would be 6 weeks late, arriving on May 21st — that’s 18 weeks total.

I’m expecting a baby soon and planned to treat the sofa with a chemical product before the baby arrives. Now I can’t do that safely. I asked for a discount or any kind of solution. Their response? “We can’t do anything.” I also can’t cancel the order.

So now I’m stuck waiting for a sofa that’s arriving late, with no help, no flexibility, and no apology. Absolutely terrible service. Would not recommend.
