If I could give them a zero review I…

If I could give them a zero review I would!.. do not order from these they are terrible!..placed an order for my son beginning of August it’s been over a month and still waiting!...emailed them regarding the order they sent an automated email back 9 days ago, sent 3 emails since not heard a thing from them and still not received my items quick enough to take my money!..it’s now been 7 weeks and still no respond from the company or item received, I’ve now emailed them regarding a full refund absolutely disgusting company do NOT order from them

Avoid Avoid Avoid

Avoid Avoid Avoid - I paid for 2 boxes of match attaxs for my 9 year. It said that my order was shipped and I even have a tracking number however when I input this into Royal Mail, it says that Topps have yet to send the package to them for shipping. I've emailed twice and rang, the mailbox is full and no one answers. Disgraceful - do not spend your money here.

Brought something from Topps JP

Brought something from Topps JP. Customer services said 5-10 business working days untill my order being handled. Waited for almost a month, sent few mails about my order and non of them reply. Felt like is a scam when no reply and no status about my shipment.

Where do I begin...

Where do I begin? This company is absolutely terrible, and I'm not sure if Fanatics taking over will help things. I have a pending redemption card where it's status has said "Pending" for a very long time. Normally I would be more patient with the redemption, but this same redemption card has been fulfilled, shipped out and received by many others already. I decided to call Topps to try and get to the bottom of it. The customer service rep I talked to said he'd look into it and promptly email me back. It's been 2 weeks since that call and no response... and the redemption status is still.... (you guessed it)... "Pending". I paid good money for this redemption card, and I want Topps to fulfill it!

Ordered a present for my son which…

Ordered a present for my son which hasn’t arrived- the status says the order is complete. Contacted Topps - they did not address the fact I haven’t received anything (this is confirmed by Royal Mail) but said to return the item with a cover letter! How am I suppose to return something which has not been delivered!?!?! They obviously didn’t read my enquiry and just sent a generic cut and paste response. I still do not have the product I ordered and have paid for and am no further along to getting the situation resolved. Very disappointing and will be following up and taking further steps if needed

I am not overstating how terrible this…

I am not overstating how terrible this company is. If you have an issue you will never get a resolution. They simply don't care about you. Spend your money elsewhere. Look up their reviews and check the BBB.
This company makes me sick, how they can treat everyone like they are doing them a favor. The only certain thing I can guarantee is you won't get a resolution to a problem you have.

What used to be the gold standard for…

What used to be the gold standard for collectible cards has now turned into a steaming hot pile of garbage. The Hobby has changed but all that Topps cares about is churning profit. Deceptive and mislabeled cards, redemptions that take an eternity to fill and overpriced product is what they spew now, they should be ashamed of themselves. I really feel bad for Fantatics acquiring them, they are getting a real big BM here with Topps and if the bubble bursts in the collectible industry in the next coming years you knew who blew it--the simpletons at Topps.

I've been buying online from Topps…

I've been buying online from Topps since the beginning of this year. The past few months I've had to reach out to them over missing product, questions about my orders, etc. They have the WORST customer service reps taking their calls. They are rude, short/quick answer with zero feelings. It's one of those things where you have to prove yourself innocent because you are already guilty with them. With that being said, the product that is offered online is extremely good. Cards they sell are exactly what I am looking for. They do have a great product for the $$$. I just hope that you never have an issue and have to deal with the other person on the line. Here's to the future of collecting Baseball Cards.

Emailed to try to ammend an order

Emailed to try to ammend an order, took a month to reply to me. Have had confirmation of one out of two orders being shipped and the other nothing but the order number after purchasing. Have tried to email and call and they have no way of letting you speak to them. I am not surprised MLB pulled their contract they are abysmal.

Ordered, delivered 1/3. Hear nothing. Rest arrive later.

Ordered a week ago - only delivered 1 / 3 parts.
Hear nothing back from them after one week of calling, emailing and messaging. Eventually the other 2 parts arrive a week later. Topps really need to improve their email comms around delivery times and when parts of your order are out for delivery.

Ordered and paid for 2 day shipping on…

Ordered and paid for 2 day shipping on September15th, bought a set of 4 cards.... it's 9-27-21 and still have not received the product or a response to the 3 emails to customer service... when you call the call center it gives you 6 prompts to choose from and when you push the 1-6 options, nothing happens!!! i have collected for 35 years and i can't believe this is the standard that the TOPPS company holds, so very disappointing! I feel scammed

Shocking company - AVOID

Shocking company. I tried to order from their website but got an error message for my payment. I tried again and got another error message so i gave up. The next day I had two charges on my card bill so contacted topps for a refund of one of the charges. It has been almost a month now and I have no refund. Disgraceful.

DON'T GIVE TOPPS MONEY!

I can't believe I'm saying this, but NEVER give this company money. The products are extremely poor in the quality control department, when a "guarantee" in a very expensive box of cards isn't there you're just screwed because they don't respond to emails or answer the phone. I've been an avid card collector for 30+ years and Topps/bowman is my go to... Until now. There's zero excuse for how poorly they run this company currently... Covid is not an excuse Topps. Get your Shib together.

They have not replaced the redemption…

They have not replaced the redemption card for a substitute because they didn’t have the card. Took customer service six months to answer my email. Said they would work on it but they haven’t done anything in the last three months. Pretty sure we are on two years now since I tried to redeem it. I have filed a better business bureau complaint now to attempt a resolution.

Can't call this company to speak to…

Can't call this company to speak to anyone to arrange a return. There is an automated voice message which says that are closed.

No one available on facebook messenger.
Website says to email info at toppsdirect.com but have had not response in nearly three weeks.

When I emailed them I got a case ID and today I received an email saying "Your Topps case-id: 00033684 has been closed"

Without any explanation as to why or without any contact with me at all.
