Avoid you waste time & need to provide personal security data

Have used this site on four separate occasions…each an extremely painful process to buy just one pack…even low value packs take a minimum of 25 mins…plus you have to provide them with all your personal security and log on details and often do not respond through the process…much better sites out there.

Tried to buy a package yesterday and…

Tried to buy a package yesterday and they told me to wait and I did for 20 min. I asked chat what's taking so long when it went inactive. You told me they're backed up and I have to wait another 35 minutes. I did and asked them if they'd reach out and they said for me to. I reached out after that and again another new person came asking for the order number. Then they told me to wait and I did with no reply this time. I asked for a refund at least with lootbar you get in through their virtual system in the game make the purchase and log out. Then go back to your game.i realize for 35 cents on a $7 order it's best to not worry and have a hassle free experience.

a waste of time

The worst website. I paid through PayPal. They told me I needed to go through verification to continue because there were risks. I provided photos of my documents, and they simply refunded my money...They just steal your passport information.

I'm still waiting for my in-game bundle…

I'm still waiting for my in-game bundle to be purchased for $5. I've been waiting for this for over 12 hours. And they keep telling me the same arguments that I don't see as valuable, just a huge delay for no reason. I've already provided them with everything, but each time I have to talk to a new person and start from scratch with the steps, and the package isn't being purchased.

I purchase 6500 RP for LoL(PC), and its been 1 hours I still doest not get my RP, and customer service are AI replay, I could say this is a scammer website by 90% chance for what I've experienced.
In conclusion, top up experieced is ass, top up speed is ass, does not feel safety, only thing good here is the replay speed from the Customer Service Ai.
(Updated, I receive my refund, but still a very bad purchase experience, from 5 minute to 10min to 30minute to failed purchase, succesfully purchase is seems impossible here)

Worst website ever

Worst website ever ! more than 1h to get an order done then currently waiting for an order since almost 2h right now and the pack that I ordered will end soon ! VERY SLOW service ! And they let me without answer for almost 1hour without any excuses or not even a small refund for the inconvenience caused. NEVER SAW THAT !
