Bought a 2 oz werewolf coin back on Dec 3rd, 2021, for my grandkids, supposed to be a 2-day fast ship plus 10 days first time customer, so 12 days total (Dec 15th ) called back just before Dec 20th to enquire about the order and was told I ordered too late for Christmas delivery, yet there were no cut-off dates on the website explaining this. The employee explained they were not shipping till new yr and my coin should go out approx Jan 4th, 2022, it didn't. Called up just after the big t.o snowstorm ( around Jan 19th ) told the coin was still not shipped but should ship in a day or two, called back on Feb 7th to explain I had still not received the order and now nobody picking up phones and/or answering email which I have sent to them twice. Dealt with many coin/bullion shops and have never had this lack of service shown, and so right now all I want is a full refund for the $90.37 that I paid by e-transfer, not sure why this company has such poor customer service in dealing with customers who have not received an order they have paid for, I guess they cannot be trusted.

EDIT: Edit from above complaint... TGB was very quick to respond to my concerns and phoned me to apologize for the repeated delays, they not only promised the coin would be shipped immediately ( and it arrived on the 18th ) but that they would make it up to me which they certainly did. Any store can have a situation that goes bad but how they end up resolving it is what matters, I'd like to say that how this was resolved gives me faith that I can count on ordering from them in the future, Thanks TGB for going above and beyond in order to make this right.

Bought 5k worth of Gold and Silver , when i arrived home and checked the prices compared to what i was charged - I was overcharged per 1 oz of Gold by 300.00 and 100.00 more then every other dealer per 10 oz silver bar !! NEVER BUY FROM THIS CROOK !!! When the price goes up , you will be waiting a long time to actually gain on your investment !!

Very unprofessional and rude . I ordered several products more than 6 Months ago, some of them were shipped and delivered while the remaining ones have not yet shipped till today. I tried contacting them about my delayed orders through email and phone and it seems that they willingly ignored me.As soon as I threatened them with legal and police action they started taking my calls, I have been asking for a refund and they are simply not interested in giving back my money stating that i am not entitled to a refund and that i have to wait till the items arrive, and to top it off they started resorting to THUG tactics by raising their voice and intimidating me over the phone.
That kind of hit the limit of my patience and i filed complaints with the "Ministry of Government and
Consumer Services" and BBB.org and i'll be filling a law suit against them to get my money back.

I am surprised I didn't get ripped off on the ones i received by counterfeits . I verified them through professional bullion assayers as soon i got them.

BBB.org has recently raised a SCAM alert for this business, check out BBB.org website, trustpilot doesn't not allow using hyperlinks inside a review.

Please stay away from this establishment and go else where, they kind of lure consumers in with their unbelievably low prices and offers which i think are ploys to get your money and i also think they gamble with your money while you are waiting for your order to arrive which they delay it on purpose.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Over 30 complaints at the Better Business Bureau and an “F” for Fail. This rating is too high for these arrogant retailers who have no interest in customer service. They do not respond to voicemails or emails until you threaten to go to the Police. They take the money from you and then take months to ship an item to you when it should take days. The Manager, Ehsan, loves to play mind games with you for fun rather than just providing professional customer service. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I will never order from them again and neither should you.

Took my money never shipped. Should have looked them up at better business bureau they completely deserve their F rating. RUDE customer service, zero contact, still waiting on a refund and likely will have to prosecute through litigation.

I came to TGB initially due to its good pricing for both purchase and sale, compared with competitors in same sector. I also trust the quality of wide variety of TGB products and the knowledge that I can liquidate my asset easily any time using its purchasing service. Its website is up to date in pricing and availability which makes it easier for decision on type and quantity of transaction. During my years of interaction with TGB staff, I always receive trustworthy, friendly, courteous and professional service. This sector is volatile in pricing and highly competitive, so it's very hard to please all customers. For precious metal investors aiming for average purchase pricing and long term investment, TGB is the best partner.

BEWARE: I was lied to, deceived and ultimately YELLED AT with profanities (Told to go F*** myself) for asking for product after paying them thousands of dollars. I've never dealt with such immaturity and dishonesty. Frankly I'm surprised I didn't get completely ripped off. I finally was forced to settle for lesser product or risk losing my money and having to call Police...what a scam these scammers are. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. Do not trust their fastship status. They told me that fastship means available and in stock. After a recent purchase that did not come (2 weeks and waiting), and many unanswered emails and phone messages, I finally talked to a person at TGB. He told me that the item I ordered was not in stock and I would have to wait until it it comes in stock. The fastship status at the time I ordered was not accurate.
I believe they advertise fastship status only to sucker in customers who unknowingly lock in purchases only. Deceitful and deceptive practice.

I normally do not write reviews even if I have had unfavourable experience with any merchant or service provider. However, when you come across an organisation that deserves an outstanding review then the review does help consumers to access such rare merchandizer or service provider. I realize that lots out there write unfavourable reviews on slightest of dissatisfaction with a merchandiser and that people generally write bad reviews more than the ones who have been fully satisfied with the merchandiser. I have dealt with Toronto Gold Bullion on a fairly large transaction and I was fully satisfied with their up frontness and service. I would highly recommend Toronto Gold Bullion to anyone who wants to purchase or sell precious metals, without hesitation and in spite of some of the bad reviews you might have read about them.

I ordered my coins in May 2019 and they are still not available in Oct. I've sent them couple emails and there's no responses from them.

Ordered and prepaid for product March 2019. Still have not got order.

I ordered a gold coin from these guys. Terrible service. Took over 40 days to get my coin and then only after complaining to BBB and threatening legal action.

I placed a large order with TGB.(90000cad) I paid all the money in February this year. Now, in the month of May still don't receive my order. Trying to talk to them, nobody answers my calls, they also don't answer my emails.
I spoke once with someone in their office. Very arrogant and superior, not helpful at all.
Looking for a lawyer to sue them to recover my money.
If you have any suggestion as to how I can handle the situation, please let me know.

Never bought off their website before but have visited to 5775 Yonge St 10th floor location and they are very helpful.

Dont be ridiculous and think they will have everything you want in stock. They can get it but you will have to wait..

I went in with an open mind knowing what i wanted but also knowing sometimes they sell out of certain items faster then others.

They were all smiles and happy to browse the website looking for whichever bullion i liked. The nice lady even told me next time i come in dont pay for parking, just go to Valet and they will park you for free.

I was buying alot of bullion though so that might of been why she mentioned it.

Paying for parking is almost easier, there are 3 spots 50meters from the entrance doors and its like $3.50 for half hour. Might need an hour if you dont know what you want.

BOTTOM LINE: Go downtown Toronto or too a bullion near you with cash. The best deals in life happen in person in cash dont forget that!

Hwy401 to Yonge St. go North and its the Shiniest building on the right hand side (5775 Yonge St).. 6 elevators and handicap parking in this place too!!
