OK seller as long as item you are ordering is in stock, otherwise seller has no clue about back order item. Be aware, they refused to refund money. I am stuck.

Very reasonable dealings thus far in 10+ transactions. Understandably not all items are in stock for pickup at time of purchase but you can make a fair deal to secure your price and pay the balance at time of pickup when the items finally arrive.

This company was above average in service when business was conducted on the ground floor, but since they have moved up to the 10th floor there are constant delays in completing purchases.
However their product selection is excellent and local pick up is well accommodated.

I have been buying for a year and it's all good!

First time I ordered from torontogold, i made a mistake in sending the past word and they told me, I had to cancel my e transfer and redo it. That wasn't the case and it cost me 5.00 from the bank. I asked if I could get a credit for 5.00 towards my next order and they said they would look into it. Nevered heard anything back from them since!
I honestly think they don't care about the customer.
They have the best prices on the Internet and they know it. Only reason I ordered from them the second time!

Paid by check. Mailed from states. Some delay with postal carriers. So they canceled my order even though I told them it was sent via email and phone. Received my check and took almost 3 weeks to ship but in their defense it was around holidays and everyone is slow. Product was good, friendly personnel and the items I ordered were well priced. I will try them again in future.

My orders always arrive quickly and the products are packaged and shipped with care. They are also insured and double-boxed as a nice feature. I always look forward to picking up deliveries from TGB!
