Great customer service and results
In a world of ever increasing automation and chatbots it's genuinely refreshing to speak with an actual for real human being who genuinely cares about offering great customer service.
I had a technical issue so called the main number, got through quickly and had a really great conversation that not only resolved my problem but added a lot of extra value. I even got a call back the following day for a follow up.
Aside from that I'm getting some genuinely outstanding applications for a role I'm recruiting for. I really couldn't be happier.

Reactivating an old account.
I was finding it impossible to reactivate my old account on Totaljobs. Repeated attempts to update my password, following the website instructions, failed to work.
