Great Customer Service Representative - Aimen Asif
I called with a couple of queries and intending to get more information on something relating to a family members job search. Aimen Asif picked up and she immediately was so much more helpful than all the previous calls combined on the day. She was patient, answered all of my questions, and also supported with advice that I did not know that I needed too, I left informed and very grateful!

Both my Account Manager and Customer Service Representative have gone above and beyond to help ensure that my job posting achieves the best possible exposure and attracts a strong number of applications.
In particular, my Customer Service Representative, Ms Aimen Asif, has been exceptionally helpful and proactive. She provided me with additional market data and valuable insights into the candidate market, as well as practical feedback and recommendations on how to improve my job posting to attract more suitable applications. Helpful support after submitting the wrong CV
I accidentally submitted the wrong CV with my job application and was unsure what to do. Thankfully, the agent was very helpful and provided me with the employer’s contact details so I could get in touch with them directly and explain the situation.
