When one pays of all cards debt all at once ie a clean sweep 🧹 total money you take to long to update my account 5 weeks or after is to long why as I paid off for a service then it should not take weeks to show up that’s bad computing’ sharing as these companies are quick to take the debt money & whack interest up on your card but they take weeks to feed you credit providers information I think that’s a joke in 2025 ! that’s why I rate you 3 & your lucky it wasn’t 1 😂 0 to Tesco Club Card paid up fully member 😆

It usually takes lenders around 6-8 weeks to update TransUnion, the credit reference agency we partner with, with any new information.
You can check when your lender last provided an update to TransUnion by clicking "See More" next to the account. As it's the lender's responsibility to report this information to TransUnion, you may want to check with your lender if they’ve sent updated info to all three credit reference agencies.

I think credit score providers are…
I think credit score providers are difficult to understand each one u check gives u a different score even though they fetch it from the same agency and then they pound Ur email with offers and they have contradicted info IE don't apply for credit as it will cause Ur score to go down but u must apply for credit to increase Ur score confusing

There are three main UK credit reference agencies: TransUnion, Equifax, Experian. We partner with TransUnion to provide you with your credit score and report.
Each credit reference agency uses different calculations, figures and information to calculate your credit score, so its highly likely that your score will change between the three. They also use different scoring systems, for example TransUnion’s scoring is out of 710, whereas Experian’s is out of 999 and Equifax is out of 1000.
Not all lenders will supply all three Credit Reference Agencies with information, so if an account has not been indicated to Experian for example, it could mean that your score is higher or lower with Experian, depending on the nature of the account.

I've been using totally money for only a couple of months amd has been amazing!! A lot better than close competitors in this area. I have no complaints.

Best app I downloaded
This app has totally changed the way I spend money it’s helped so much reduce my debts and my credit score is up i absolutely owe it all to totally money keeping an eye on my bills I’ve gone from poor credit score to good with in a space of 5 months I’ve paid a lot of debt off and got it right down to under 25% thanks for all your help

We appreciate your thoughts on this.
You may see a section on your TotallyMoney account called 'Credit usage', which is simply the amount of your available credit compared to how much you're using.
Just to let you know, most lenders like to see credit usage below 25%. This means if you have a £1000 credit limit, you should aim to use £250 or below. This helps to demonstrate that you aren't reliant on credit and can use it responsibly.
Whereas, if you use more than 25%, this can indicate to lenders that you're in more need of credit and this can negatively impact your score.
I appreciate this can be confusing but we don't make the rules on this. This is something that lenders look at and can impact your credit score, which is why we flag credit usage to you in your TotallyMoney account.
To improve your score, you should aim to use 25% or below of your available credit.

Credit scoring is rubbish, I have no defaults, no debt, other than mortgage, pay all my bills on time, my score should be perfect.

The credit score you see on TotallyMoney is calculated by TransUnion, the credit reference agency we partner with, based on the credit report information they hold on you.
