Bought a Chelsea bag from totesluxeuk, wasn’t sure on the leather or gold - beautiful
Bag but not for me, asked customer service if I could return & swap it for the suede version. Kate replied & has been exceptionally helpful, she organised returns & when we settled on the Chloe bag sent it straight away. Received next day. Very happy with the beautiful bag, all protected even the little feet have protective covers. Extremely happy

What a pleasant SURPRISE! I was the customer that had to wait for some time for my refund. I received a call from Kate from Totesluxeuk customer care,, seems she did care, I wasn’t just another customer, I accepted her profuse apology for the unusual time taken to refund me, reassuring me that this most unusual. Kate kindly offered some compensation. A lot of larger businesses don’t bother, because they have a large customer base. It’s so refreshing for a business to reach out like this to me like this. I love my bag! It’s classy well made and looks way more expensive, than what I actually paid. YES, definitely would treat myself to another beautiful bag. UPDATE Response from Totes Luxe following my Trust Pilot review. Another replacement bag was despatched, arrived super fast and 2 scarves came with it as a gesture of goodwill as well as an offer of a partial refund. I will be writing a revised review once this partial refund is honoured.

Ordered on 29th March and email on 8th April to say bag is on the way, email same day to say order has been shipped. Shortly after on same day, my order was about to ship and will be picked up by the carrier. When I track order (Royal Mail) it says on 8th April “shipment announced”. I’m still waiting on 14th. I emailed Totes Luxe on 11th April and I’m still waiting for a reply. Disappointed that it’s taken this long as I wanted it for a particular occasion.

Love my bag!! I looked at lots of different options before choosing to shop at Totes Lux UK and choosing the larger London bag in Teal and I am so happy with the bag and the scarf I got. The look and feel is great and I’ve received lots of positive comments. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them.

Ordered a bag which was beautiful when it arrived however too similar to something else I have, so decided to send it back. The response to the return request was slow, and took a couple of days to get a reply with the return instructions. You have to organise payment for your own return, which is fine, I understand some small businesses do this. So I went to the post office, sent it back tracked delivery and can see via the tracking that the item has now arrived with the company.

However because I sent the item back myself, there is no automated system that lets you know when it’s arrived, what the process is in terms of amount of time it will take to be processed and the refund to be paid, and I’ve had no comms from the company since, despite emailing twice over a couple of days. The item arrived back on 26th, and it’s now 2 days later without any reply to my email or comms to manage expectations.

It’s not great really. The company clearly makes beautiful products, but it’s a shame the Customer Service isn’t quite up to scratch yet.

EDIT: the company very quickly resolved this for me following my review and refunded me sooner than their SLA. Happy with the service and the resolution and will definitely be ordering again soon!

I just want to share my experience with Totesluxe. About a month ago I have ordered Chloe bag in chocolate brown with 2 free scarves. Unfortunately I have received different bag and no scarves. I contacted their customer service and received the answer very promptly Kate managed to ship my bag within 24 hours I received 2 scarves and a key change with my name initial. Also I eas given 50% refund of the bag. I would highly recommend this brand. The bag is made of real suede and it’s beautiful

Totes Luxe UK have great quality bags and their customer service is excellent. This was my second purchase from Totes Luxe and they have made it very special for me, even upgraded my shipping free of charge as I have required the bag urgently due to travelling away for my birthday. I love the quality of the bags and I will definitely purchase more 🥰

I felt I just had to let you know that all three of my Milan bags arrived a few days ago and to say I am absolutely “over the moon” with my purchases is an understatement! They were beautifully packaged and I am utterly delighted with them. The stitching and the quality was excellent as were the colours (grey and black). Also, thank you Kate for expediting their delivery for me. Excellent customer service and I’ve already placed orders for some more! Many Tks.

There were some issues with the Royal Mail delivery, no fault of Totesluxe, however I have emailed the team a couple of times and each time they’ve responded quickly and were very helpful.
Just received the bag today and wow I love the leather smell, the quality is excellent, such a stylish bag I can’t wait to wear it.
Will definitely order again in the future!

Fabulous quality and versatile going to day to night wear. Perfect with jeans or more formal wear.

I will definitely be purchasing more.

One comment would be the colour “grey”. It is a difficult colour to describe but I would put it more in the greyzhe colour spectrum it has some brown and some green depending on what its worn with.

The Most amazing Bag! The perfect H Birky dupe! The leather is just to die for and the hard wear is stunning. Such a sturdy, well made, beautiful little bag to add timeless elegance and a touch of class! I will be back for more, as I am utterly in ore of my bag! Delivery took around 5/6 days, however, it was so worth the wait.

I am absolutely in love with my new grey Milan 25 bag. It holds so much more than you would imagine. The bag has a nice supple leather feel.

I had a few teething problems at first. I ordered a smaller bag which was not suitable which I returned and the advice and service I received from the Totes Luxe team led me to purchase the perfect bag.

Their customer service is first class. I can't praise them enough.

Bag arrived quickly but is smaller than expected. Submitted a return request on the day it was delivered and still haven’t heard back 6 days later. Have messaged on social media too and had no response. Absolutely shocking customer service, why offer returns when they don’t respond so you can send it back!

Amazing bags.

I ordered two bags last friday, I got them today, literally in 7 days. They look beautiful. The only thing is the smell. It’s like they come from china (i ordered once from there and smell is the same). But definitely will order more.
