Ordered a bag and didn’t get any communication, when I emailed to ask about it and when it will be shipped I kept getting rude responses back with lies of false dates and expectations. Then they cancelled my order and gave me a refund without even an apology until I emailed with a complaint . Save your money . Better off buying small niche designers whose customer service matches their products and branding .

I ordered my bag on Saturday and received it this Thursday, very swift delivery which is great. I have bought for a family member so not an expert on bags but the quality looks great for my untrained eye.

I ordered the Chloe bag and I am very pleased with it. The quality of the bag is amazing. The only thing to mention is that it takes quite a while for the bag to arrive, but this is stated on the website. Once the bag arrived, I realised it is definitely worth the wait! Really happy with my purchase and can’t wait to purchase my next bag now!

The fabric is very unique and the leather is amazing it’s super quality I reallly recommend everyone to try there bags because I know that if you want a bag like this with this price you would expect quality and this is super😍😍 I recommend it to my friends and everyone who stoped me and asked me about it. Ordered the Giselle bag in burgundy. I have a few bags from Totes Luxe from before they introduced the leather. So much of an improvement to the bags. And also the packaging as well. Had an issue with the tracking updating but the team were on hand to answer any questions and helped to sort it out. If anyone is unsure of whether to buy I would say go for it. You won’t be disappointed and the team are there to help with any delivery issues.

The quality of these bags is amazing. I bought one in grey and loved it so much that I bought the same style in burgundy.

I’ve had 3 bags from Totes Luxe Uk now and they are absolutely amazing quality faultless actually… One of the bags I got my sister as a present and is identical to the Hermes Kelly down to every detail but for a fraction of the cost. I am about to buy the same one for myself in grey. I always get a comment on how lovely the bags are if I wear the 2 I got myself. Highly recommend this company and the products are even better than what you see in the photos which is very rare to find these days. Great value for money!

Brought a bag for my sister as a gift for her birthday. It arrived within a good timeframe and looked exactly like the photos on the website. My sister loves it and I will also be purchasing one for myself as well as my younger sister too.

i ordered from totes luxe on a whim because i wanted a bag similar to the hermes kelly, but those are a little out of my price range 😂 honestly wasn’t sure what i was expecting as i wasn’t familiar with this brand but i'm absolutely blown away by the quality! I’ve been comparing the bag i received with images of the kelly online and i genuinely cannot tell the difference except it not having a hermes logo. the stitching is flawless, the leather is good quality as is the hardware - i feel like i’ve got an absolute steal with the price compared to the legitimate hermes bags. if you want a touch of luxury without the £££ price tag definitely doesn’t hesitate ordering from here.

I ordered the large Milan bag In black and it is stunning. So please with the purchase and had many nice comments about the bag.
The delivery did take a while, but that’s because I ordered it in December when it was a busy period , but they kept me informed about my delivery throughout and will definitely recommend to my friends and family

After some difficulty with my order being sent to Europe, it was returned to London. This was not Totes fault, it was a customs issue. It took a couple of weeks for the order to be sent on to a new address but it's arrived.
