They are cowboys, I have cancelled my service with them but they not closing the website down and they have put banner on the website which is saying the shop is closed, I have took the screen shots of every things and spoke to my solicitor to take a court action and going to report to the trading standard.

They don't answer there phones when you need them

Told me I need to register on companies house? So I did then they couldn't sign me up to deliver vapes even though they have vape shops on their foodhub platform all around the country. Now I have wasted £12 getting registered as Ltd company and now I have to close the company. So much for new businesses getting off the ground.

The thing is with food hub they don't listen to the people they make money off about but other company's do like just eat have sorted .any problems for me in the past with no issues but food hub don't seem to care as long as they are benefitting from other people businesses

Don’t bother to call back anymore, left a message and made an enquiry for sing up no one called back , when they start up called straight away and deal promptly not anymore. Now will sing up eat takeaway max

Trying to update account details been 3 days to verify. Can’t put me through directly to team to deal with and say they’ll call back and never do. Linked to foodhub , been nothing but hassle since signed up so many other and easier companies to partner with . Absolutely horrendous customer service

Update now 10 days , they rejected my update due to saying the pdf looked like a photograph . This is a youlend small business funding account which they have confirmed they know !!! Now they are holding my money as funds can’t be released until new account verified. Be very wary of these people

Be carefull with these company's is online banking provider which datman Ltd we been with them from years and all of sudden they froze our accounts without any reason they keep saying we are working on it but no response the staff is based in India somewhere they are scammers they are holding our money for no reason really stressed out just waiting when my money will be released as soon as we get our money from them will stop trading with touch to success they are not trustworthy be careful guys .
