We signed up about 6 years ago and was told at the time the money paid upfront was a deposit and we would get it back when we return the epos.
We let them know we wanted to leave and they just were not ready to accept that. kept ignoring my calls , promising call backs and then sales calls after sales calls and eventually after 5 months of trying to cancel they finally let me , they said package the epos up and we will send a courier and when the courier comes we will process the refund within 2 weeks
Dpd driver didn't turn up on the day they advised me , so here we go again I spent another 2 weeks chasing them to send me a driver to collect the epos so that I could get my refund
Finally they said they will send a driver and they did I sent my epos back and waited the 2 weeks
Never heard anything back so chased them up they kept telling me different things but like we have not checked it yet soon as its checked we will refund you etc .
Waited again for another week and I called them and this time they said
We can't refund you the terminal is broken
Expecting they were going to say something like this I had made a full recording of me using the epos and then turning it off and wrapping in bubble wrap and foam to insure products is safe and they could not play that blame game.
They then requested that which is sent and they said , sorry that was a mistake it wasn't that the epos doenst work
Now they cant refund because it wasn't a deposit then they said only £150 was a deposit .
They then they sent reps out for me to stay with them and get a Special deal which I refused
Time and time again I was told I will be refunded jn 2 weeks and then it went from we will refund you too its wasn't a deposit too it was £150 too someone will call you back.
Im still here with no refund but in the process of taking things further
Don't make the mistake I made , save yourself.

2-Their menu team is not correcting menu(many times i told)
3-Very expensive and not transparent policy
4-Via their partner company They are keeping your money and not sending you(kind of robbery), everytime they are telling you some stories, asking document after uploading they are saying ahh sorry we didnt verified you as we want
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ANAD AVOID FROM THEM

BUSINESS WITH THIS PLATFORM FOR OVER 2 YEAR ONE DAY IN JANUARY I WAS CONTACTED BY MY BANK TELLING ME TOUCH2SUCCESS HAS REPORT ME TO FRAUD??? WHAT ??? NO COMMUNICATION OR EXPLANATION. SENT 3 EMAILS FOR COMPLAINTS BUT STILL NO RESPONCE, AND NOW ITIS APRIL !!

I am constantly getting Google My Business notifications that this company is trying to take OWNERSHIP of pages that I manage.
When challenged they ask for the address of the business in question rather than stopping this practice.
I can only surmise that they are hijacking pages to encourage business owners to pay them for what can be found for free.....
The resolution is for them to stop requesting ownership of businesses that they do not own

Dishonest business practises.
Signed up online based on advertised costs. When Rafique the advisor contacted me I was told the pricing was substantially higher - I escalated this to the floor manager William who tried to tell me this was simply "marketing" and that all businesses mislead their customers in this way.
Do you know what, even the inflated pricing is still reasonable and had FoodHub been transparent and honest rather than attempting to mislead me then I'd likely still have signed up at the higher costs. Instead they undermined my trust by misleading me, which unfortunately means I've now decided to go no further.
Honesty and transparency are sorely lacking.
