AVOID AT ALL COST- this company is all about taking your money - promising money back guarantee - and then never get given it when you want to or try to cancel- to start of with i taken out contract and the damn thing didnt even work for at least 4 -5 weeks - (and yes i was getting charged for it ) and now they are not even returning me my money - my account manager was Rajkiran- ive emailed him NUMEROUS TIMES - and he thinks to ignore emails is good- he hasnt even bothered replying to me nor his managers- the manager is called Julian- and so on- everyone avoid Touch 2success altogether as you wont succeed with them- I was stupid to recommend these to another restaurant and when you refer you get a referel credit - of which i STILL havent seen a penny of it - this company should be named Touch2 Failure-
Everyone IM WARNING YOU- DONT GET TRAPPED IN THEIR STUPID CONTRACTS! _ THEY PROMISE YOU AND THEN DONT FULFIL PROMISES- IVE GIVEN THESE ENOUGH TIME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE HOWEVER THEY HAVE DECIDED TO Takethepiss INSTEAD SO THEREFORE A REVIEW IS THE WAY FORWARD- at least everyone out there will actually know what this company is like with customers

website is still not completed. it still has loads of brevity issues, it looks old and outdated, system has not been sent and even though its been nearly a month, there's no progress. our competitors website was built a lot better, so we are not sure, in this challenging market, when they have done better for our competitors, why people would come to us? Datman charges were not explained very well in detail and thats probably very shoddy practise. our area manager seemed to be in rush and seemed hassled when questions were asked, even though all we wanted to sure, that we know what we are buying, still been kept in dark. we wanted to try their full system but been told, now the form thats been filled is only for online ordering system, so basically a new form cannot be filled? they might be a great company, that we do not know but theres lots of issues for businesses that they should address especially for the new customers with no know-how about how their business works and what they can do to help?
we hope this review will be considered and our matter be expedited. in a positive way we hope.
