Charger arrived today - it’s brilliant!

Great product, lovely staff/ sales people!

After sales service really bad. Products didn't work with my older phone & company agreed refund by email. I returned items & have never received a refund. They have not replied to my messages.

Incredible company , my whole family have them now ... and now looking to have them in our office ! It’s a very well presented product and I’m delighted with the whole service provided by this company

I’ve had a couple of their wireless charging mounts next to my bedside for a while now, and am really impressed. The charging is reliable, fast and looks great in the premium black pu leather.

I currently am a proud owner of two touchdown wireless charging lamps for either end of my Art Deco bedside tables. The sleek minimal and round design also white and chrome colours go perfectly in my decor. Above all I love all the smart features On it. The integrated wireless charging allows me to charge both my iPhone On the flat base and my iPad from the discreet USB port on the back, all at once. Whilst using the lamp to read in bed I adjust the brightness level and select a warmer mood setting to relax and I love that I can now select the 1 or 2 hour timer option for the lamp to turn itself off as I hate falling asleep with the light on. During the day as I work from home my lamp moves from the bedside to my desk as it’s portable light and folds entirely flat. I adjust the brightness and select the cool white as it’s healthier for our wellbeing if we work in a natural Light. Now tell me which other lamp can do all of that? I am a Very satisfied customer love the staff and service.

Bought some wireless chargers as presents and my nieces love them. Will definitely be using touchdown again. Good service

I purchased the table the other day and it's absolutely brilliant; the sound quality is crisp and clear and I love the fact the table is so unassuming as a speaker and wireless charger.
I've played music for longer than 10 hours without needing to charge it...you can't get better than that. Highly recommend for a Xmas / bday /housewarming present.

Light the Way with this Awesome Lamp!
I love products with dual purpose especially with our homes in UK. Last year I bought 2 white lamps for my bedside tables from Costco. Absolutely been loving them because its a brilliant lamp which I can dim when I want to change the ambience in my bedroom and I absolutely love the snooze button because I often tend to doze off whilst reading :-P. The main feature ofcourse of this product is the wireless charging. I can charge both my phone as well as airpods.The extra USB is useful to charge my IPad as well. I absolutely lurv my wireless charging lamps. it looks sleek, feels great to touch and the Touchdown Charging is Fab...

Purchased a desk lamp for my new WFH life, arrived next day and looks great on my desk. Very impressed with the different functions on the lamp.

My charger broke quite quickly. they sent another and that stopped working properly too. The sales girl tells you a pack of lies at the Olympia Fair and it is a terrible company. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible customer service. No wonder they do not provide a telephone number as a means of contact!

I was at the ideal home show last year and the products are amazing and this year the Speaker table has been used alot around the garden due to lockdown.
The sales service was great, not pushy as sometimes you do get that at the shows and to top it off we got a great price for multiple products and the after sales service was great.

Zero star really but one star that is the lowest available. Terrible after sales service. Product was faulty and I returned it, never received any refund despite an email to say I would. Not replying to my messages or emails. Avoid this company

Impossible to get hold of ! Still awaiting a response from over 8 months ! I bought 3 charging tables . One of them is not working from about 2 months of buying it the other with a scratch from day 1 ! I will be taking the matter in the hands of the law .

I got the wireless charging lamp in black gloss, Its so useful for work. During this lockdown I'm working from home and using my phone more than ever before which means having wireless charging is essential, plus the light see’s me working through the evenings when inspiration strikes. It’s a great little addition to my workspace.

Bought LED charger £149 @ SEC ideal homes exhibition Glasgow last year sent loadsa emails as to charger not charging my iPhone X I have only had 1 reply blaming fault on everything even though I explained I have tried my wife’s iPhone 8 also both with no covers or backings & double checked alignment . To prove my point last week I bought a £15 LED from B & M very similar to Touchdowns & it works a treat so come on Touchdown let’s resolve this £149 issue with a replacement

My wife bought me a touchdown charging station for my birthday last year. It has been brilliant. Since then we have purchased another one and we have at least 3 of our friends who have also purchased them. Recently, one of the cables stopped working properly meaning that we could not charge the unit (they cop a fairly hard life being moved between various locations!). I contacted Touchdown and not only did they respond on a weekend but they provided a replacement cable, free of charge within 3 working days!
I can't recommend them enough!

I have brought several products now from Touchdown. I met Greg at one of the shows he was so helpful. I am abit nevous about how products work. He spent ages with me talking me through what was the right product for me. Since buying my first iterms I have brought several since. Everytime I go to the shows I always make a bee line for Greg. He always remembers me which means alot. Buying from a family run bisness has been so nice. On the customer support line is his sister Cat. She is just the same super helpful and took the time to make sure I was happy. Every member of my family now all have several products too. Just wanted to say thank you its made shopping for presents so easy. Andrea x
