Difficult for system to accept debit card
The online booking process was very easy. However it took a couple of attempts to get the system to accept my bank card, I eventually had to go through PayPal.

An Unforgettable Moroccan Adventure
We had a fantastic experience booking our Morocco trip through TourRadar. The entire process was straightforward, well organised and easy to manage from start to finish.
The itinerary gave us a brilliant mix of culture, scenery, history and local experiences, and it allowed us to see so much more of Morocco than we would have managed by organising everything ourselves. Disapointing first experience
Unprofessional conduct from the word go. As a new user i subscribed to their newsletter and in return I got a Promo code for 25euro off my trip. The Code didn't work . Sent a request to the service desk and Sylvia replied to me that the promo code is only valid for tours that cost over 1200 euro per person, needless to say that in my case it was over 1500 euro per person. Then in her email she said "I see that you already have a €50.00 welcome sign-up travel credit available on your TourRadar account". This never happened as I at the end I paid the nominal price. Thus I am utterly disappointed.

I had the opportunity to visit Northern India including the Taj Mahal. My driver was excellent. His name was Pradeep Singh. He was very patient and did his best to find the cleanest washroom while on the roads from one city to the next.
I hope I get to see him again when I decide to visit Southern India. I don’t hesitate to give him a 6 stars reviews because he deserves it.
My niece Lydia was with me for the unforgettable trip. He was very kind to her.
