From design to delivery we found the staff helpful. We were puzzled to why we had three different deliveries for the same order. Two of these deliveries were 7 15 to 1015 no lay in these day lol

Bought a couple of these before and found them good value for money so couldn’t resist buying another one good quality and roomy ideal for power tools out of sight

What a wonderful delivery gentleman, friendly and so efficient. Honestly five star service, this gentleman needs commending for for he performed his work

Don't use tradepoint because the discount is unworkable, never know what discount if any you are going to get. First stop is Wicks every time, 10% off everything every time. And Selco.
Sort you trade discount out and I might use my card and B &Q more.

Went to festival park ( Hanley ) for a shed load of paint and they were absolutely clueless, they were mixing paints the wrong colour tried to open a trade account but when i approached staff he spent 10 mins talking crap to someone he obviously knew and totally ignored me, this cost me £30 discount I could have had. After 2 hrs and 10 tins of paint later we gave up and went to our local store in Talke where there were 2 pensioners on the desk, 30 mins later we came out of the store with the same amount of paint and yes I got the discount aswell. Moral of the storey B&Q is stop using kids who know bugger all when we have a fleet of pensioners who do a much better job.

If they don’t deliver you can’t get a refund because need very big effort to ask the refund. And they don’t deliver all the time.

They advertised having a product in stock, took my money. Then told me it was unavailable after all the shops had closed. Now offering a refund. Total waste of time space and money. Do not believe they have any stock when there website says they do.

Great store if you cannot find your item you have plenty of staff to guide you .
