Received my order by truck with crane and after checking i missed 2 items. Driver checked with me and he agreed and said his handheld said there were supposed to be 12 items and not 10. Contacted support and they said the 2 missing items were still out for delivery and would be delivered before 8pm. On the Tradepoint app the order shows as Completed and not partially delivered. Advisor said to wait till 8pm or call B and Q. finished the chat and started a new chat and spoke to a different person. This person said i would be contacted up to 48 hours from now. They don't explain much and just want to get rid of you by giving a phone number or saying store will contact you.

The staff member who helped put the order list and in stock items together for us was really helpfull, and even came down to the trade point counter with us to give all the information to the counter staff

I asked to speak with the duty manager for advice on my intended purchase which was a hozelock hosepipe.
Patrick attended to me and gave a very well informed, patient and detailed review of the various products sold in your Tamworth store.
I visited the store for advice but Patrick was so very impressive and supportive without being pushy i ended up spending just under £500.
He was not just helpful but also engaging polite pleasant and simply a super ambassador for your business.
Please do share this feedback with Patrick.
His overall manner deserves recognition from the senior team for his excellent customer care skills and his ability to promote BnQ products whilst making the customer central to all he did.

Delivery unfilfilled without even trying. I was waiting at the door and watching the tracking app which then updated and magically jumped to 3 miles away. When I called about it was told DX freight now closed and to call next day. The guy i spoke to said he couldnt pass on a message, and either couldn't or wouldnt even get a piece of paper and a pen.
I then get a phone call the next day asking for my security derails. YOU phoned ME... Then another 3 calls with no speech.
Complete shambolic mess. So in future, unless your stuff is physically in front of me in a store, I wont be buying it.

trade point is so quick, easy and very covenant as a tradesman, they help to make sure my business runs smoothly no matter what i need from delivery to collection, they have very helpful, happy staff that are very knowledgeable and nothing is to much trouble. love the service they offer and cant recommend it enough

Great incentive, and better value than most of the 'recognised' trade 'sheds' and Builders Merchants.

Ordered a tin of paint and a paint brush. Hard to get wrong you'd think. They sent the wrong paint and a roller set! They were both the correct brand of you want to take something positive. Half an hour on hold before they answered the phone. Delayed from getting on with work. Unacceptable.
