Don't waste your time
Purchased a car from here 8 months ago
The engine failed tried to call the warranty which only lasts 6 months so they wouldn't help me
Purchased the extended warranty being promised I would never be without a car with it as I am a disabled single mother I can't be without a car. However they tried to get me to pay over £700 after already paying £95 for a diagnosis to strip the engine to see if it was there fault before they'd consider paying for it even though engine failure is something they're supposed to cover.

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. Brought a car from the Coventry branch a week ago. No log book with car which I wasn’t told about until after signing for the car. Paint work different colours. Centre console not attached. Spotlight incorrectly flitted and so much more. The car was an over all disgrace. Called after sales everyday from the day of purchase and have never received a call back. These cars from Trade Centre uk are very poor and poorly maintained cars. Would highly recommend avoiding.

I purchased a car
I purchased a car, and just six days later, the clutch failed. I contacted the dealership immediately, but received no communication for weeks. It ended up taking over a month to get the car repaired. still no car and during that time, no courtesy car was offered.
Customer service was consistently poor, with zero urgency or accountability. I had to spend £30 per day on taxis just to do the school run and get to work.
This whole situation has been incredibly stressful and costly. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
