Happy to take your money, not contactable when there is a problem!
My wife brought a car from the Coventry branch, within 30 days it flagged up a Engine Fault and went into limp mode. We contacted Trade Centre and they said to get it recovered and they would pick it up from home. We recovered it and they haven't organised collection after several calls and e-mails. We got a local garage to come and scan the car and no errors where shown, this confused the mechanic as we had video footage of the problem. He suggested that the ECU might have been tampered with or programmed to not store the codes. This makes me wonder why they push so hard for you to spend loads of money on the 'Extended warranty' thank goodness this happened within the 30 day period. I think we will be asking for a full refund.
