Brilliant service from start to finish!

I had such a great experience at The Trade Centre UK in Rochdale. Stephen was absolutely fantastic — really friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything properly and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice without ever feeling pressured.

A huge thank you to Rabiha too, who was so lovely, helpful and professional. She made sure everything was sorted and explained clearly, and honestly couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the process.

Both Stephen and Rabiha are a real credit to the company. They made what can sometimes be a stressful experience of buying a car feel really straightforward and enjoyable. I’m so happy with my car and would definitely recommend The Trade Centre UK, especially these two! ❤️🚗

I wasn’t going to say anything, but since my experience I’ve heard a lot of people with similar stories, so I feel I should share mine.

I bought a BMW 1 Series and shortly after collection the front left tyre kept going flat. I took it back three times and was repeatedly told it was the pressure sensor. In the end, I removed the wheel myself and showed them the cracked alloy. They eventually replaced it with a second hand one, but only after a lot of hassle, and I was refused a courtesy car throughout.

Three months later, with very few miles added, the car needed a timing chain costing £2,600. Despite paying extra for an extended warranty, it wasn’t covered.

The after sales service has been shocking. Once they’ve sold you the car, they don’t seem interested. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them and they won’t be getting my custom again.

It has been the biggest mistake of our life. Please DO NOT buy from these people. 6 months on in a dispute and now having to take things further with legal action. They will not take a rejection even though you have every right to return and reject. The mental and financial strain they have put our family through is undescribable. A simple search will show you, they are all over the news for the bad experiences people have had.

Max was very professional and polite. Easy experience and quick process. Short delay waiting for finance agreement but overall impressed. Would recommend.

Trade centre uk I think is best when you are buying the car outright. I got my car a year ago on finance which was not good because I’m paying well over the odds but that’s the finance company. I went with my friend she bought the car outright which was a better option as it was a fair price. She picked it up same day the only thing is I was there all day. She was there all day too so it’s long process but I do think it’s better if you buy the car outright than go through finance as some of the companies charge way too much interest.

An employee of mine got a car from this place and warned my daughter off from buying a car from here. However, she still went ahead and bought it suppprted by her aunt and uncle. The car has done notjing but fail since, it wont charge and the AA advised it needs a new battery, constant electrical faults. Shes a single mum three young children and trying to work as well as to get to 3 different school. This trade centre wont change the car even though its less than a year old, and have advised that to change it, it will be an extra 6000. Joke of a place. Do not purchase a car from this place

All the prices shown online are wrong when you visit there showroom the price will three times more than online prices.
False advertisements.
When you asked for the car which is online they said its gone and they offer you same car and model for three times higher price.
