First time there and ended up buying a car. To being greeted by Demar at the door to be shown to the cars after asking me what I was interested. To the finance and collection teams absolutely amazing!

They have had my car 2 weeks no contact from them at all apart from a call after my last review giving me a report from an unqualified 'mechanic' who works for them, which they read out to me when I went in as they weren't calling me back like they said they would, an EV tech was meant to inspect it Tuesday and they would call me as soon as it was done, I'm assuming it's not been done. If you do decide to go with these take a mechanic to inspect it before you sign any paperwork not have it done after like I did or you will be stuck with no car or money and will be ignored. I will be putting reviews on until this matter is resolved, hopefully this helps other people from going through the same issue.

Long wait but got the car in the end
I recently bought a 2020 Vauxhall Grandland X Turbo on finance from The Trade Centre UK in Wednesbury. The selection of cars was good and I was able to find the model I wanted at a reasonable deal with finance arranged on the day.
However, the main issue was the waiting time. The whole process took around 5–6 hours before I could finally drive the car home, which felt far too long. It would really improve the experience if things were more organised or if customers were given clearer expectations on how long everything would take.
Overall, I’m happy with the car itself, but the long wait made the experience more tiring than it needed to be.
