We bought a car from the Wednesbury branch approximately six weeks ago. After only two weeks of ownership, the vehicle suffered a complete failure.

This came as a huge surprise because we were assured that the vehicle had passed the advertised 99-point inspection before it was sold to us. However, when we took the car to Peugeot for a service and inspection, they found that the brakes were completely worn and the suspension also required attention. Just two days later, the vehicle went into limp mode, making it unsafe and unreliable.

After numerous phone calls and a great deal of frustration, your team eventually acknowledged that the vehicle was not fit to be sold. We then received another call asking us to return the V5C and the spare key to the showroom this week. Before that, we were even asked whether we would like to choose another car from your dealership.

This entire experience has caused significant inconvenience, stress, and a complete loss of confidence. We purchased the vehicle in good faith, relying on your assurance that it had been thoroughly inspected and was roadworthy. The condition of the vehicle clearly did not match those assurances.

Year and half ago i Brought a Ford c max from trade centre Wednesbury
After 2 months the car had to go back to have a new cat fitted
After 8 months of driving the car the wet belt went on the motorway, couldn't use my brakes as they had locked on,i had my wife and kids in the car as well
I had to use the handbrake to slow my car to a standstill
Contacted trade centre to see if they would repair the car,trade centre said as I've had the car over 6 months it's my responsibility to fix it and nothing to do with them
I got a garages to write a report saying the belt would of been breaking up long before i had the car even sent the pictures to the finance company,£2500 it cost me to fix the engine with no help fron the trade centre infact they just kept ignoring me until I got the car fixed and then they contacted me to say as car is fixed they still won't do anything, to this date still trying to get some money back,the warrenty they sold me is a waste of time too,I'd give zero stars if could so be careful if buying a,car from trade centre Wednesbury customer service is horrendous

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not buy a car from here dont believe the good reviews- they pressure you to do this at the sales stage before anything goes wrong.

Had numerous issues with my car, now its that dangerous I cannot drive it and I have 2 young children. After sales do not care or follow anything up. Concierge send messages and you dont get a call back to avoid the problem and hope we stop contacting them.

The after sales guy said to me what do you expect- you bought a second hand car. So that sums up the level of quality they are selling. Please look up groups on Facebook before buying from here, so many people have been scammed.

Would give 0 if I could. Over 5 months since I walked in to their Wednesbury branch and purchased a vehicle and it's been terrible. 2 breakdowns on major motorways, 1 failed repair, they initially blamed me for the faults and then finally I thought I could move on when they agreed to rejection and refund. Its now been 15 days and I haven't seen a penny. Despite the fact that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives a 14 day maximum to refund the money, they don't seem bothered by the fact they've now broken the law and are holding on to almost £12k of my money which i desperately need. Ignoring my emails, not returning my calls. Just terrible.

Everyone’s very friendly and helpful especially Aimah from collections got me sorted in no time.

Staff where very helpful, Bod was very good at advising me on different cars as there are so many to choose from.

Absolutely appalling service...
We sat in the centre for over 6 hours, with little to no communication. We had to seek assistance on progress, only to be told 'give us another 10 minutes. Eventually, I made a purchase on a car only to be told it was faulty and couldn't be released due to safety concerns. A whole day wasted. Then, as we were driving from the forecourt, I was told they were happy to release the car! Shocking. 6 hours in total waiting and not so much as an offer of a coffee or glass of water. It was evident that the staff just wanted rid of the car. Avoid at all costs - the transaction was cancelled and I counted at least two other families who experienced the same.

Come here today to buy a car in sale from 3999 to 7999 was told all sold asked I'd could get one from other of there dealers told dont do that salesman went to find out about anymore but never came back so after waiting for him for 20 minutes got fed up so on way out asked another salesman about the special offer car he just laughed and said thay never existed

Been here multiple times for cars on finance and staff were helpful and friendly all the time

2 people helped us so much today from ayian and aimah, found us the car we wanted and walking away happy

The staff, Aimah - Collections - Haider - Sales and Naf - BM. Were extremely professional and friend. Answered all questions indepth and truly were amazing in all areas!

Locking up cars and then finding one I wanted was obviously nice and easy lots to look at.The salesperson was helpful. But after the end, when we signed all the paperworks and waiting for car, we waited ove 7 hours over a 3 days. It was very terrible towards the end.

I must have been the toughest customer on the day but the team pulled together and I drove home the same day Awesome and thankyou
