we were in Hamilton for another reason so visited because we were looking for some cabinets. surprised by quality, has definitely improved, lacquer finish, good price and delivery was quicker than the 7-10days they stated.

Helpful ,honest, service and delivery service

Easy to find what I wanted online. The range hood and cook top seem OK quality, although not installed yet. I had confidence as I have been pleased with a previous cooktop oder.
The tap wasn't very good quality and wouldn't order one again

Excellent product, great staff and very efficient as i brought on line and picked up 2hrs latter.

What made this experience with trade depot was the emails kept me up to date and my product that I purchased one week arrived the following week that was great. Door to door service you can't get better than that I would recommend trade depot to everyone.

Fantastic experience with Trade Depot Christchurch!

I recently purchased a fridge, washing machine, and dryer, and I couldn’t be happier with both the products and the customer service.

Mandy, Hamish, and Puja were excellent throughout the whole process. A special mention to Puja, who went above and beyond to organise the delivery as quickly as possible and made the whole experience so easy.

The delivery team was also fantastic. If I remember his name correctly, Mr Gurpreet Singh and his colleague were extremely helpful, professional, and careful with the delivery.

It’s not often you come across such a helpful and customer-focused team. Five stars for the products and, especially, for the amazing customer service.

Trade Depot is the best business to buy off

This is about delivery. No delivery updates for about 10 days and the text message for delivery comes 6 minuites before the actual delivery. This is a large item (Dishwasher) and it was lucky I was at home but if there is no one on the address, the delivery driver will just leave the item under the rain. This is a good store but Zero stars for delivery system.

Gave them a call also a couple of times to ensure I am home and the helpdesk gave me several timeframes for the delivery times which were all incorrect.

The staff were fantastic — helpful and knowledgeable, and even helped load everything into my vehicle after I said I'd be fine on my own. It's truly a one-stop shop, and the range and pricing were great too. The pick-up process was smooth and easy, with no issues at all. I haven't had a single problem with any of my purchases so far.I'm a number one advocate of Trade Depot, and I've had friends and family make purchases based on my recommendation.
