Delivery was confirmed but didn't happen as agreed. When delivery did eventually happen, I was told I would receive a text or call 10 minutes prior to delivery, I didn't. Delivery truck drove on the lawn and wrecked the flowering daffodils. Vanity was placed outside my door upside down despite the box clearing showing correct orientation! At least the vanity appears to be great.

The appliances we have bought have been excellent.
Recently we had a dryer delivered free and Jamal went above and beyond to lift it up some difficult stairs.

I am so disappointed with Trade Depot. I have given Trade Depot the photos of the fault, and this has happened 4 times with E2 fault. They said they will give me a refund minus a 10% restock fee. How rude, I showed them pictures of the fault. I would not recommend purchasing from Trade Depot.

Had an excellent experience with Trade Depot... bought a washing machine, free delivery. Five days from start to finish and I live in a rural area. Product appears to be of good quality, I got the 10kg Vouge washing machine. So far, so good. Would I recommend? Yes definitely. Would i buy again from trade depot? Yes definitely. Thanks

I highly recommend Trade depo. I recently renovated bathroom with their fantastic range of products and are price competitive hands down. They also have a hardware store on site that has an amazing product range that will save you mega dollars. Check them out on line to see what you need. Easy as.

TERRIBLE Customer service. I rang 5 weeks ago to say a button on a premium oven was faulty -it was inspected quickly and the tradie agreed it was faulty and they never came back to us. We have been ringing daily for 4 weeks and been told the same lie "parts been ordered" but no eta. No oven for that long, no call backs and yesterday told it was ordered yesterday and should arrive today -bollocks. Order reputable brands from local stores who can guarentee parts and servie quickly. Would never buy again from these muppets!

I purchased a fridge from Trade Depot Hamilton and it was delivered by an Indian chap. While we were still at our rental my daughter told me what the truck driver said to her.

My mum purchased a fridge and was delivered to our place.
While I was waiting with the driver for my mum to arrive, the driver said to me, that I smelled nice. I said thanks at first. He asked me if he could ask me something, I said yes. He asked me if I was single and if he could get my number. I said to him NO, I am not single and I wouldn’t give him my number. I felt really uncomfortable and I didn’t want to wait with him anymore. I hope he doesn’t do that to anyone else when he delivers big items to other customers especially when a female is out n her own.
I am only 19 years old and I didn’t like the way he approached me, it was creepy. I told my mum what had happened she was furious at him.
