Despite multiple follow-ups by our attorney, the required domicile address was not provided in time, which unfortunately prevented us from submitting the necessary responses before the government deadlines.
While we understand the frustration that can arise when a mark receives multiple refusals, our records indicate that our attorney offered to respond to one of the refusals at no legal cost—despite the initial incorrect information being provided. We remained ready to proceed once the correct address was provided, and we regret that we did not receive further instructions from your side to finalize the filings.
