Trademarkia is the absolute best!
Trademarkia is the absolute best law firm to work with on Trademarks from start to finish. My attorney Alexis Campbell Esq. is one of the most skilled trademark attorneys in the nation. I have been working with Alexis now for several years on many trademarks for my company with great success. A few of my trademarks with opposed by a large billion dollar company (bully) and Alexis has worked circles around their corporate lawyer. Her skills at law are unmatched. I wouldn't dream of working with anyone else on Trademarks. Highly recommend!

Trademarkia did a great job for Thundersausages!
Trademarkia has been a great resource for me. I draw a comic strip featuring my four rescue dogs and although it appears mostly on Instagram, I wanted to protect the business name "Thundersausages", and logo. My business is small and I couldn't afford the cost of legal and registration fees through a law firm, so I turned to Trademarkia to do the work. Their attorneys have done a wonderful job and ongoing communication has been excellent. The Thundersausages name and logo are now officially registered! I definitely recommend using this excellent service, no matter the size of your business.

I find Trademark is competent and value oriented, I am not invoiced for every time a paralegal makes a copy. Yet they keep me up today on the progress of my trademark through the USPTO.

Wasn't disclosed to me the difficulty of getting the name of my company trademarked. Tried to charge me over and over again for steps in the normal process of filing for the trademark. They waited until the last moment to communicate when they needed something from me. When I grew frustrated and withdrew the name but asked them to continue with the logo portion, they did not and now it's marked as abandoned by the trademark office. After it was abandoned, they notified me I could speak briefly with their lawyers for free for a short session, but during the process wanted to charge a ridiculous hourly rate I couldn't afford. They cited fine print found o their website that absolves themselves from any mistakes or issues that they create along the way. Now I'm waiting to raise some capital so that I can afford to re-do my trademark elsewhere.
