Never delivered and terrible experience
I ordered an item from this website and had a terrible experience. The package was dispatched after 10 days, even though it was promised within 3 days. Then I had another issue with the delivery: they never managed to deliver it, and I ended up having to pick up the package myself and pay extra. I will never use this company again.

TRADEMAX TERRIBLE
Something fun, new and exciting quickly turned into a nightmare, stress and anger when we opened the tv bench from you yesterday. Wood falling off in all different sides and places, wood dust and sticks over the whole floor, screws and other metals are wrong and goes wrong way. A manual that's one off the worst tings I have ever seen. Took us 3h to fix one tv bench. Doors with no holes so you had to make your own, wood destroyed and big gap in the doors.
I got 4 stick in my feet and my 1 year old got one aswell. So bad made.
AND OFC NO NUMBER TO CALL THEM ONLY CHAT! CHAT IS TERRIBLE ALL THEY SAY IM SORRY AND THATS IT! I WAITED MONTH FOR THEM TO DELIVER AND THEN CAME TERRIBLE

It was one of my worst shopping…
It was one of my worst shopping experiences. After ordering furniture, I endured a four-month wait for delivery. Upon arrival, one of the chairs was missing its pillow. Reaching customer service was challenging, and once I did, they instructed me to pack the chair and send them a photo to initiate the return and replacement process. It's been over a months since I sent the photo and followed up four times, but I've yet to receive a response. Interestingly, a friend who purchased the same furniture set at the same time is facing the same issue!

I made purchase worth 5000 sek and paid 398 sek for delivery only to find out that its post office delivery on of the package was 41 kg and other about 15 , it never said its home or post office delivery considering amount for delivery I was sure its home and after texting with them found out that its the price for post office delivery DO NOT RECOMMEND IT UNLESS U ARE HULK

If it was possible I could leave Zero reviews for you guys . Imagine I bought a soffa and they sent me wrong items preventing me from using the soffa . Ever since September till date with all efforts trying to get them to send in the missing parts , they have been sending me automated messages and asking one and thesame questions I.e send in pictures/ video proof which I have done all . Please if you refund my money and carry this your thing from my house . So far you’re the worst company with the most horrible customer service I’ve ever delt with in Sweden . Ps Guys stay away from any company which doesn’t have a contact number and ready to assist customer service…..

Worthless store
Worthless store, said 5-10 days for the item to get delivered to me, it took 23 days for it to come and when it did arrive the package was damaged and when I tried to put it together I found out that a couple of parts were broken and some missing, tried contacting the company and got a reply after a week telling me to take pictures and send so I did and they replied a week after that asking for more pictures and videos. I can I payed for the product and threw it in the garbage, do not buy from this company. Worst customer support and no help with my problem
