An aboslute nightmare!
Trademax and its customer service is a scam!
1- Bought 2 furniture items on 7th of July. Both available in the inventory with delivery in 4-6 work days based on the info on their website. Paid the money and received the confirmation with the same info (delivery 4-6 days)
2- 2 weeks later, and several un answered phone calls, visited their store in Göteborg and the sale person said that they don’t do anything for online sales.
3- More calls until someone answered and said that one if the items is out if stock and will be delivered 11 of August! Told him that my wife is pregnant and we would like to receive the other item that is available (and was initially ‘promised’ 4-6 day to be delivered to their local warehouse). They guys was called Peter and said that he will look into it and will call me back. He did call and told me that we should receive a text message with delivery info the week after (phone call on 19th of July).
4- Today (July 24th) called the customer service and spoke with a rude and unprofessional person. He said that the available part is still mot delivered. He read the previous conversation and saw that the logistics company had rejected the request to deliver the available part and and Trademax conveniently ‘forgot’ to inform us.
5- i complained that the I was promised the delivery this week and he objected by saying that his record doesn’t show that they used the word ‘Promise’. Then I referred to the purchase confirmation email and said that both items were supposed to be delivered in 4-6 days and he asked if they used the word ‘guarantee’.
6- I continue to object to the miss-information and dishonest business model and told him that if I don’t receive the piece by Friday I want to cancel the order.
7- He continued to speak over me and be rude and I said: “You know what! I would like to cancel my order”. He then said ok and hung up the phone.
7- I immediately called and heard the same message on the phone that they are closed.
8- 10 minutes later I received the cancellation confirmation with money back 2-10 days.

A untrustworthy business with unprofessional sales agent and customer service. You guys need to be Ashamed of your self.
I will now see if I can sue their company for all the weeks they had my money and were lying. But since customer service is generally poor in Sweden, I highly doubt that I will get anywhere. Shop at your own risk!

I ordered a chaiselong chair and they sent me a sofa instead i contact costumer service and they tell me to send a email i did and two days ago they replied and thats 10 days later now and they told me to send a pic with the number on the sofa i send it asap and now two days later they tell me to send the picture again in the same mail so now its 12 days and they havent done nothing to fix there mistake

Bought sofa from trademax. Came in two parts and each part was very heavy more than 60kg and you can not dismantle it. Even seats were permanently fixed. Fabric was completely different from what it looks on website. You could not imagine anything more worse than this. Moreover one of the cheap plastic leg was broken in transportation but they didn't replaced it. Pins and stichings were visible like someone has made it at home.

Bought a brand new coffee table, turns out, the quality is very bad and the customer service choose to ignore that. I spent time to provide them with detailed information and pictures in order to show how the product is a mess from the first month, yet they ignore the greatest problem and pretend there is almost nothing wrong with the way the product looks or functions.

Do not buy "Österlen Soffbord 100 cm" since the glass moves out of the base slowly and the table looks uneven as well as dirty because of the gummies that are supposed to make the glass sit fixed.

Noticed years later that the bed I bought was supposed to come with an headboard which never arrived

Got message that my stuff will be delivered. OK, getting call that courier coming in 15 minutes, on working day around 11:00. Was in the office, was not able to pickup. Got message that item will be delivered in 2-3 days. It was not delivered, no message, nothing. No answer on e-mail, customer support is 1/10 - sitting on phone already 60 minutes on a line, no answer. And of course my money was withdrawn. What is this? Should I hunt you and ask where is my stuff I have paid for?

Ai companies in travalsh in Nepal

We made a purchase in August, to have it delivered on Monday the 20th of November in our new house. Let me tell you:

*It was sent to our previous address, though I CLEARLY STATED that I wanted the delivery and the invoice to our new address.
*They sent me the invoice before we had signed for the goods.
*They offered no carry in service, so we were left with goods worth 30k+ in a snowstorm.
*The packages arrived, but lo' and behold. Two legs from the couch were missing and all the bed legs were gone. Not to be found. So I had to place yet another order with them. Which they invoiced me for, didn't deliver in time and delivered to the wrong address YET AGAIN.
* Everytime you call them you have to call within specific narrow hours, otherwise they aren't available.

A more customer ignorant company you have to look close to find and I hope these schmucks doesn't survive the coming recession.

The ordered things are very nice and comfortable though, but Trademax caused us great stress. If you want to go for a cheaper option than "the others" I suggest you save up a bit more and go for a good, reliable company with a good track record.

I have 2 bad experiences with Trademax. First time I bought an expensive bed and after 2 months I just found out how bad quality it turned out to be. Contacted the customer service and it was not that helpful.
Second time I ordered a carpet to my home address, and the just delivered it to a pickup point that was half an hour away from my home!

Your Swedish Customer Support number is not working and that’s really a disappointment after waiting hours placed on waitlist. That’s really absurd.
Please send me screws to mount my table period.

I have bought this soffa 2 years ago.
We are just 2 working adults and have not used the soffa that much but even so the Soffa is breaking apart.
The balance is gone and the middle part spring is already damaged. I have filled in the form to claim but I have still gotten no answer. I will wait and see if anyone from Trademax will contact me and ask about it.
At the moment I will not recommend this Soffa or Trademax as their service is really poor. I will change my rating if at least someone from Trademax will contact me and ask about the problem.

Bought dinning table and chairs, bed and soffa. Can say bit cheaper than other companies around like skeidar or ikea but trust me the quality is way cheaper at trademax and customer service is pathetic especially return policy and challenges. STAW AWAY, it’s way less quality what u get at Ikea for instance.

Paid 995sek (100€) extra to get delivery in the afternoon because they don't specify exact dates for deliveries and I cannot sit and weight two weeks at home for their deliveries to come between 9-15, as I need to be in office for work from 8-17 everyday. Then when the delivery came I asked the guy for some help to carry the stuff to my actual front door, he refused, so much for delivery to door... worst possible delivery experience I had so far and also customer support does not answer.

I have ordered a furniture - set from vidaXL from trademax. Not to tell you that the first disappointment was that the order arrived split in 2 days, so I had to go from work twice, but the quality of the furniture is simply disappointing. There was sawdust everywhere, and the boards were ruined on many edges and next to the holes drilled. Also, one of the boards had a big scratch, and this material is terrible. You can see handprints even if the board was touched for a split second. There should also be black stickers to hide the metal connectors and hardware cause now all I can see are those metal circles and of course ruined edges. I have sent them an email about the bad experience and I never received anything back from them.

I will definitely never order anything from them. Do not recommend.
