Great service by ladies in the shop. However, delivery is becoming night mare. I was clearly requested no delivery before 1st of April, as the order is for new apartement, but deliveries have started earlier. Also, big disappointment in Bring’s customer service, as company who should deliver it. Few times I have contacted also Trademax customer service, still not solved issue…

Edit: what a surprise that you answering to negative review immediately, but not to the request by emails. If u think that 2-3 days to wait the answer is ok in 2022 so it is not! Ather thing- u are selling trashes, poor quality stuff. In my case - Oswald beds. I recently bought 2 pieces of trash which goes off in few years. There is no normal wood in the beds, just poor quality glued wooden trashes.
Be aware of this shop!

Disappointed with Delivery
Trademax misleads its customers about home delivery. First of all, it claims free home delivery with a caveat that handling charges need to be paid. The handling charges are much higher than home delivery charges from other companies. On top of that, the order mail says that you will get home delivery. Then you don't get home delivery, instead its delivery to the nearest service point. If you call up customer care, we are just told that for smaller packages it is delivered to nearest service point. What is a small package - its upto DHL/delivery agent to decide. Trademax displays misleading information about their delivery options and I feel cheated. This has happened twice with me and I don't feel like purchading from Trademax anymore.

I can understand the disappointment if you expected the delivery to be to your homeaddress. In your case the order is a carpet that only weights 3kg and therefor has the delivery been made to a service point. I am sorry that the information was not clear regarding the delivery of smaller packages. I hope you are happy with your purchase, despite the way it was delivered.
