I am really not sure in what way I can reach out to you , I went to store and store executive tried reaching out to customer care and there is no response, and I keep writing so many emails no response , when I call up on number I cannot get connect to you, I really need help in know what is the way to reach out to customer service ?

do you even have customer service ?

This is regarding the sofa which we have ordered and I received an email stating it is out of stock after more than 4 months of placing ,
when I went to the store they still say it says Sofa will be delivered to us soon ? but when and where ?

Also what is so strange is to know the sofa which you had in store is also sold when we had placed an order and waited for it 3 months now,
what happens to the payment made, is this how it works? Is it frustrating to know if this is how you work with customers ?

I bought a sun shade sail from Trademax. The product description on the web site included detailed images of the shape, color and details of the sail. The color was an olive green shade that would go well with my terrace.

When I received the product, the color was light/creamy yellow. A total different product than the one that I had ordered.

I contacted customer support and explained the case. They told me that this was not their responsibility because in their terms and conditions it is stated that they have reserved themselves against mistakes in the product description. They also said that I have received the product that I have order - it just had a slight difference in color nuance, which they are not responsible for.

A slight difference? It was a totally different color!

But they refused to admit any mistakes.

Simply Wow. The delivery was very quick within a week of the order. Deliver guy was good enough to put it in the side of the garden. we pushed it with 8 people to place it in the desired location over the lawn. Easy installation with power supply and WiFi Module which purchased separately. Many modes to control the spa when you have this WiFi module. We are enjoying the luxury of the spa in our own backyard.The quality of the Jacuzzi is top notch ! you can buy this product with closed eyes.

Absolut inkompetent people working in this store!!!
First i get the delivery of my table wrong… the metallic square piece connecting the table with the tube was smaller then the holes in the table ( marble table) so i had to go to the store show them pictures and order the right one… and what do i get ??? The wrong piece again!!! This time is the metallic tube… because they never are taking calls i had to go once again to the store.. show them what i got and show them again what i need ( been sending loottss of emails in the meantime) now she tells me perfect you will get your piece… and yesterday what do i get???? The full table but still not the right piece matching with the table so after a month i still have mo table to eat!

Helpful customer service, removed one star because of the long waiting period.

Thanks a million Alexander K from Trademax Customer Support to have sorted the issue so promptly. Appreciate all your support on the price match issue/confusion that had cropped in.

Very bad customer service.
They send a dining table to my address. After 12 days DHL even has not received it. But when I canceled the order they fined me 400 SEK. Because it was sent. But there was no document showing it is really sent. The agent I chatted with did not know which city it is and when it will arrive and he just knew I should pay the fine.

Customer service is zero I ordered a soffa three months ago and got sent a wrong part and still haven’t received the correct part and no one replies at all this will be the last time I order from trademax unfortunately

I was waiting 1 and a half week and then i got only half of the parts for bed! Now i should wait 3 more weeks for rest of the parts. Very unhappy

We ordered a sofa on a Tuesday with 5-10 workdays delivery, since the old one is falling into pieces. Other stores give 4-6 weeks of delivery on sofas or more than double the price for the same sofa style, so we gave this a go. We got an email two days later saying that the item would take at least four weeks to arrive, and offering a 5% discount for our next purchase within 30 days. We appreciate that attention, but as we said to the representative, we find it very unlikely to need another sofa in one month and it would be more appropriate to refund 5% now on the delayed order for the inconvenience.

We have not cancelled the order because we have not found this sofa style anywhere for less than double the price. No problem, we can wait some weeks doing life in the kitchen instead (we arranged removal of the old sofa based on the 5-10 workdays time window), but in the end, you get the type of service that you pay for.

(Writing this message more than one week after our order, the item on the web still says 5-10 workdays delivery. Is this the policy to attract customers?)

The rug is beautiful and was delivered promptly. I am very happy with my purchase.

Super bad Experience!
I ordered a TV bench, it arrived without any mechanical parts and since a week , we have been trying to get in contact with personnel but there has not been any response. Customer service has told us 3 times now that they will get back to us in 24 hrs but no response.
Never ordering from them again

Bought a sofa which has construction errors and the colour does not look beige but grey. I called them many times, everytime i had to wait in the hotline very long and then everytime i was told, that somebody will call me back to solve the problem. After weeks NOBODY CALLED BACK!! So we went to the store, where we again were told that somebody will call us. And guess what: Till now nobody called us!!! We paid a lot for the Sofa! We will never again buy something in this store or shop!

I ordered a coffee set for the balcony, the table came without legs. It is difficult to get through to the customer service, they also do not answer to mail. Wrote a complaint to which there is still no answer.
