I bought adidas trainers from these. Unfortunately they failed after wearing a few times. Very quick to reply sent them back and they refunded almost instantly. Fantastic customer service

We definitely made a mistake and quickly owned up to it, a refund was issued and you have received it. We would never withhold money because of our own mistake.
