I bought adidas trainers from these. Unfortunately they failed after wearing a few times. Very quick to reply sent them back and they refunded almost instantly. Fantastic customer service

Good value trainers that were dispatched and delivered promptly. My shoes came in a box without a lid for some reason but didn’t really mind.

“Messed up”…
Ordered a pair of trainers, told they’d be delivered in 2-3 working days. After 6 days I contacted them asking where my order was & they replied saying they’d “messed up” and that the package had been given the wrong label and delivered somewhere else. Shoes had now sold out in my size. Poor.

Wrong size, unresponsive seller,
I order addidas Size u.s 10 to be delivered to me to oregon state usa, I received the package after month and half ,the Size was 10 1/2 which was wrong and it didn't fit me foot. When I tried to return it, the usps told me that it would cost me half of what I paid. I tried to contact the mistrey seller for return, and got no answer whatsoever. ☹️.if you live in u.s ,avoid buy from out side of u.s, because first 100%of the products do not go to verification facility to be authentic and second ,,it would cost you over half of what you pay just to return it to the seller, that's if the seller would response in timely matter .I Clearly input my "U.S Size 10, when I put in order even though it shows on my order details But Dispite all ,the Seller Intentionally Sent Size 10 1/2 to full out his order
Overall it's a living learn lesson,I learned it the hard way ,Never Ever Again

Hi Ahmed, I have checked my emails from you. There are 3, the first two are about whether they go for verification and come within an 8 minute period, the third is asking where your parcel is. No other emails were received on our end. Secondly you ordered a UK 10 and that is a US 10.5. If you order a UK 9.5 that is equivalent to US 10. If anyone else wants to order from USA please use sales@tradesports.co.uk to contact us, we are based in the United Kingdom and our products are sold in UK sizes so you will need to use our size charts to find your size. Returns costs are high but that's out of my control.
Buyer edited to say it took a month and half, it was actually delivered in 2 weeks. https://a-track.asendia.com/customer-tracking/self?tracking_id=LS440781853CH and it 100% doesn't say US 10, see for yourself https://www.tradesports.co.uk/products/adidas-mens-zx-750-trainers-if4901 at least you didn't say it was fake I mean you lied about everything else.

Great website, speedy delivery. Unfortunately diue to my own error that speedy delivery went to another address. On phoneing Trade sports they eere amazing. They went well above and beyond in assisting me. With great effort trying to fix my error even though they had no obligation to do so.
