Spoke to Kyle Newcombe today and he went above and beyond to help us. He checked that they had the item we required in stock. Guided us through the website ordering process and said he’d ensure we received the item quickly. We then received an email later in the day to say the item had been despatched! We couldn’t be happier with the service and Kyle’s warm, friendly, patient and supportive customer service.

Big thank you to Hermione. We had a warranty issue with a tap - notified yesterday and new one received the following day - very helpful, nice friendly attitude and speedy resolve.

Lydia help me to find the right product for my shower screen. She made sure that I had all the right parts and solved all questions fast and nicely! Thanks so much Lydia!

On web read that bath feet were compatible, so ordered them from TD. They actually are not suitable, never took out of box just measured connection top, closed bubble wrap that had tape. The box was posted to me with a post label from TD, asked to return they said to take pics so opened again and took pics. Sealed with exact same clear clean tape, put Royal Mail label on their postage label - they refused refunding because I caringly retaped the box just as they did and put post label (RM did actually) on theirs! So unethical and unkind. They do this to keep the sales money, clearly. Even if the item is in perfect condition, but simply wrongly advertised Burlington feet to fit on Appleby baths. I will NEVER buy from TD and highly discourage anyone to buy from TD as both a Senior Manager nor Hermione can admit their self made policy is against consumer protection rights. They are cheats and swindle customers with these absurd and tricky policies for returns. THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER BOUGHT FROM IN THE UK. Truly unkind and unreasonable return policy....they put a label on the box, it had clear tape exactly where mine was carefully and cleanly applied over it! They should have double boxed it when they sent it to me if they expect a return they furtively made tricky to double bag or box!!! Shame on Trading Depot.

Great tap and fast delivery, the tap was damaged but Hermione sorting this for me quickly

Hermione has been super helpful enabling me to return a tap that did not fit and replacing a damaged product immediately. Customer service has been excellent.

I placed an order on 11 May 2026 for a Polypipe MDPE Pipe 25mm SDR11 12 Bar x 100m Coil Blue (25100BU).
After hearing nothing regarding delivery, I contacted the company on 15 May and was advised that they were expecting stock to arrive on 20 May. I was told that once the item had been processed through their warehouse it would be passed to their courier for delivery.
On 21 May, I received an email from DPD stating they were expecting the parcel from the company. However, on 22 May I received a further notification from DPD advising that delivery had been delayed due to an unexpected problem.
Since 22 May I have repeatedly chased the company for an update. The only response I received was on 29 May, when they provided a DPD tracking number. Unfortunately, the tracking information still shows the parcel as delayed and there has been no evidence of any progress.
I have contacted the company again on both 1 June and 2 June and have received no response whatsoever.
The most frustrating aspect of this experience is not simply the delay itself, but the complete lack of communication and customer service. Delays can happen, but customers deserve honest updates and timely responses when problems arise. Instead, I have been left chasing information for weeks with little to no assistance.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to their poor communication, lack of customer support, and failure to provide clear information regarding my order.

Have a problem wth a new toilet seat unable to resolve because it is a manufacturing fault Hermione was very helpful with here help
I did not request a refund or replacement as it is not the sellers fault been given manufacturer phone so my saga goes on if I feel like contacting them getting fed up now this problems was part of a complete new bathroom suit but thank you for your patience with me

I ordered an awning, delivery date confirmed a couple of days later DX Freight. The following day received a time slot for the delivery - day of delivery I get a text to say they’ve not received it!!! Phoned Trading Depot & was told it’s down for delivery tomorrow, no confirmation this time, no delivery. Phoned Trading Depot again (staff are helpful) delivery scheduled for 29.05, confirmation text received, time slot received, once again I’ve received another text - they’ve not received it so no delivery!!! Not happy

Second time I have ordered something from these guys after their website says item in stock, only to be emailed a few days later with a message saying my order is delayed 2-3 weeks. They clearly just buy to order and are hoping it all works!!!! My job is now a week behind!!!

Unfortunately this company practices unauthorised waste and dunping practices in order to avoid costs. As our delivery driver told us today when he refused to take the pallet he dumped on our doorstep. Impossible to get through to customer service once you have made a purchase too. Big yikes

In response to their reply:

Industry practice does not override UK consumer law. Your terms and conditions at checkout did not state that delivery involved abandoning a heavy commercial pallet on my private property, nor that the consumer is responsible for disposing of your shipping waste.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, key delivery restrictions must be clearly presented before purchase to be legally binding. Leaving a bulky wooden pallet blocking a residential doorway, solely because your courier network wants to avoid return fees, constitutes unauthorized dumping of commercial waste and a safety hazard.

My claims are entirely justified. Your defensive response here says it all and tells me everything I need to know about how you value your customers.

I still expect you to arrange collection of your pallet or will proceed with private disposal and claim the costs back via my bank / MCOL.

Hermione, was of great help to me, when ordering our materials, we cant thank her enough.

Had an issue with a DOA shower controller, however Hermione was incredibly helpful with getting it all resolved quickly.

Had an issue with the delivery. DHL could not find our address even though we have been in the same place for over 50 years. 3 attempts were made by them. Shocking. Alerted Trading Depot to let them know the bother we were having. Nathan sent out a new order to us and used DPD for delivery and we got it straight away.

Excellent service and brilliant product. I am based in Northern Ireland so had to contact the store to get an updated shipping cost - Nathan was brilliant - kept me right on the process for delivery and couldn't have been more knowledgable and friendly. Item arrived days before expected and I am over the moon. Thanks

Was given a day and time between 5.38 and 8.38 pm waited at the site, they didn't show no sorry until I emailed the next day said wasn't loaded on truck now have to wait another 4 days if they show up

Had some issues with the delivery but it was taken care of really quickly with minimal hassle, jemma dealt with our problem and the replacement arrived really quickly,

What we ordered was exactly what we got, prices are great , delivery is cheap fast and good, customer service is top notch.

I raised a stock query with Anne, this morning and she was very quick with her reply.
