Placed an order for an air-con unit, received email from Trading Depot delivery company stating charges would be made if delivery could not be made due to requirement for signature ( a bit threatening really). The tracking information was a drop down tick box which only confirmed the day of delivery (so you have to wait in all day). A whole day was wasted waiting until 9PM for a delivery that did not arrive. Tracking information (checked following morning) stated delivery was made (it wasn't). Not going to call the 0845 number to chase delivery company (up to 72p per minute) hopefully posting this will get a response.
Whilst the delivery company is at fault, Trading Depot should step up and take responsibility. They can't be contacted until next week now so how much more time will be wasted?

I would not recommend a company who states they have a return policy on their website but don't seem to have any procedures in place for returns. I am still waiting for an answer? Shouldn't be so hard

I spoke with Kyle today.. to update him on delivery criteria.. he was polite and helpful and hopefully my comments have been passed to the courier

I have found this company to be very competitive in terms of pricing, in fact, very often being the best choice.

However the best price is not always the best option, customer service is the part where a retailer really gives value for me.

I have purchased several items from Trading Depot and each time it’s been very easy to order and get accurate information regarding stock and delivery times.

My experience today with the company was exceptional, I had made an initial order and a short time afterwards needed to order an additional item, I spoke with Lydia Hitchcock, who quickly understood my enquiry and knew precisely what to do for my order amendment.

Lydia then followed up with an email to confirm that my order was amended, which put me at ease and free to deal with other urgent matters.

I think the customer care and service provided by Lydia was exceptional and made me feel delighted.

Based on this experience, I will be keeping Trading Depot as one of first choice suppliers.

Had a great experience. The first toilet seat didn’t fit and Hermione liased with the manufacturer, sent all key information to me and helped make sure we got the right one. She was so helpful, collecting measurements, sending the spec through for the different options, it made it so much easier to figure out! Brilliant customer service.

Lydia was very helpful directing me to the right place and resolving the issue I was facing promptly.

I ordered a tap which came quickly and as advertised. Unfortunately it didn’t fit so I needed to return it. That couldn’t have been an easier process, and I received a refund shortly after. Excellent customer service from their after sales team, particularly from Hermione. Would recommend.

I had a really great experience with Trading Depot from start to finish. Communication was spot on — emails were answered promptly, clearly and professionally, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Delivery was excellent and everything arrived as expected. What stood out most was how helpful and supportive they were in sorting out issues around my plumbing materials and deliveries. They genuinely seemed to care and helped get things resolved efficiently.

Price-wise they were also very competitive and offered great value for money without compromising on service.

I raised an issue with a faulty shower engine supplied 10 months ago. My email was responded to very promptly by a Customer Service advisor, I sent evidence of the problem which the advisor sent to the manufacturer the next day. With in a few hours the advisor responded that a replacement would be sent to me directly from the manufacturer.
Very impressed with this and also with the advisor Hermione V. who managed my case, thank you for excellent service.

Unfortunately we had a problem with a new soft close toilet seat and after raising the issue with customer care a lady called Hermione dealt with it and arranged a replacement. This was done the same day which was excellent service. I would recommend Trading Depot for quick delivery and a prompt response to a problem, well done Hermione.

Jemma was great! We had a small issue with our order, Jemma had a replacement sourced and on the way ASAP.
