Just few people were wearing face masks. People working on board weren’t wearing face masks either.
No social distancing, no one was checking if the covid rules were respected.
Very rude and impolite person at the check in.
Not recommended.

Very friendly and detail oriented
Highly recommended!! My friend and I had an amazing stay in this hotel. It was clean, tidy, close to town, great breakfast, all the staff was very friendly. A really big thank you to Manuel for taking the time to explain to us where to go and specially how to move around. Had a great stay

Unable to cancel in English
Two issues
1. initially needed to make changes on booking but due to lack of English on web site unable to action as a person without an account
2. One of the ferries booked did not arrive and was unable to contact you online as an English speaker or get help at port of Sorrento. This also lead to missing a further ferry.
Also tried phone but all in Italian
