I used this service earlier this year for the first time, a river cruise booked through trail finders. It was superb.
It was no surprise that looking ahead for our trip next year that i again contacted trail finders and as expected, received fantastic service again, the trip was amended a few times along the way but everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently.

We recently booked our honeymoon to Kenya and Zanzibar with Trailfinders, and we honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

A huge thank you to Tríona in the Limerick office, who took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and put together the most incredible itinerary. From our safari in Kenya to our stay in Zanzibar, everything was so well planned, and we knew we were in great hands from the very beginning.

We also want to say a huge thank you to Rafaela, who looked after us so well when we had to make some last-minute changes to our itinerary just before we travelled. She updated our schedule to align with our new plans and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely straightforward. She was always just an email away, kept us updated every step of the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her customer service was genuinely exceptional, and we’re so grateful for everything she did to make those last-minute changes and the entire experience so easy and stress-free.

Our honeymoon was truly the trip of a lifetime. Every part of it exceeded our expectations, and we made memories that we’ll cherish forever. Throughout the whole process, the team at Trailfinders was always there to answer any questions we had, no matter how big or small, which gave us so much confidence when travelling.
