Well I feel as if I won’t be saying anything new judging by the many reviews but I feel I must record my own experience. Things went utterly pearshaped at Gatwick as we were about to embark on our break to Lake Garda. Hundreds of flights were cancelled on Saturday June 27th due to thunderstorms in the English Channel and it was deemed unsafe to travel. After a 5 hour wait at the airport we were told that the flight was cancelled and to go and get our baggage which in itself was a complete challenge with hundreds of disappointed non-travellers doing the same. One call to Trailfinders and we felt totally looked after. Within minutes alternative flights were offered for the following day albeit to a different Italian airport but regrettably this was unacceptable as it would cut our already short trip shorter. Trailfinders completely got the picture and accepted without any discussion whatsoever that we chose to cancel. A full refund was offered and was in fact in my account the following day. I am more than impressed and at every level I felt we were hugely valued and incredibly well looked after. Our initial contact was with Kim in the Tunbridge Wells office who completely took us under her wings and designed the kind of holiday we were after but regrettably never materialised but through no fault of theirs. The weather was the culprit, we were the victims but still felt like winners being part of the Trailfinder family. Don't change a thing, you’re doing just great!!!! And we’ll be back once we can face travelling again!

Ollie was very helpful and knowledgeable about flights to and from Australia. He helped us with a number of possible alternatives and explained the price differences very clearly. With his help, we booked the flights we needed.

We have just returned from an unforgettable three-week tour of China, and we cannot thank Trailfinders enough for helping make it happen.
From our very first enquiry, Taranjit was absolutely outstanding. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, listened carefully to our interests, answered every question with patience and professionalism, and put together a holiday that exceeded every expectation we had. At no point did we feel under any pressure; instead, we felt we were receiving honest, knowledgeable advice from someone who genuinely cared about creating the right holiday for us.
Every aspect of the trip worked seamlessly, from the flights and hotels to the tour arrangements, allowing us to relax and enjoy an incredible journey through one of the most fascinating countries we have ever visited.
What impressed us most was the level of personal service. Taranjit kept us informed throughout the booking process, paid attention to every detail, and gave us complete confidence that everything had been carefully organised.
