Transbang Lost my package. I paid the shipping fee on 20/12/2020 and they said it will be shipped on 21/12/2020. But until now 9/1/2021 when I track the tracking number on USPS website it shows that "LABEL CREATED" status. Transbang hasn't handed it over to the courier in 20 days!!!

It's the worst forwarding companies. I lost thousand dollars because of them. They don't take away invoices when you ask them. When you ask them to consolidate several boxes they just put all of them in one big box. Their DHL fees without any discounts comparing to all other forwarding companies that apply about 40% discount they got from DHL. Eventually you pay about 600-800$ for each 5-6 kgs package instead of 200-250$. I tried about 5 other forwarding companies and all of them are the way better.

TRANSBANG’S A SCAM! UNTRUSTRED AND LIAR THIEVES! FOR YOUR OWN GOOD USE TENSO JAPAN OR JP DELIVER INSTEAD!
First, they decided to RANDOMLY CHANGE the Customs declaration I SPECIFICALLY AND EXPRESSLY provided without even telling me beforehand - I found out by the Customs of my country ITSELF what they did -, which made my parcel be rejected by them and returned. I was needing it urgently and I paid much more to have it shipped via EMS, totally in vain. They did absolutely nothing about that and just preferred to stop answering my messages.
They use the AWFULEST system I’ve ever seen, HORRIBLY translated to English, CONFUSING AND TOTALLY INCONVENIENT, PURPOSELY SO YOU MAKE MORE MISTAKES AND THEY CAN GET MORE MONEY FROM YOU. Because they sent a WRONG payment request, I was obliged to pay AN EXTRA REPACKING FEE and they didn’t do anything about that either.
To top it off, I had to pay a fee for ADDITIONAL REINFORCEMENT which is an optional service that I didn’t request. After several messages and spending much of my energy and time INSISTING I DIDN’T REQUEST IT and they basically saying I was LYING, they then told me that it was another "mistake" and that yes, I was telling the truth?!
I’ve used Tenso JAPAN, Jp Deliver, MANY mail forwarders in the U.S. and in Europe for MANY years and never faced such dishonest behavior from any of them.
Be aware: they’ll try to get as much as money as possible from you! They’ll lie and say you requested services you didn’t and will then ignore your messages! DON’T USE THEIR SERVICES!

I've stuck to Transbang for long, have been friends with their customer service LOL, their service rate is really cheaper and shipping is always like 10% off and will notify me if packing will be better reduce the size of parcel to be shipped out. They always try their best to minimize parcel and I don't really pay much to them so I don't really how they generate earnings.

Just want to share my experience with Transbang shipping from the US to Bahrain.
Transbang is a Japanese company with warehouses in Japan & United States. I Went with them instead of Aramex just because their warehouse is in duty free Oregon while that of Aramex is in New York; what a horrible mistake!
Shipping calculator before you ship is horrible & inaccurate just to lure you in.
Oregon staff is slow & took two days to register the package & another two for weekend off!
System is convoluted & took 4 days just to figure out why my order is not processing.
They upgraded shipping to the expensive FedEx just because my box is out of allowed size. Aramex sends enormous size & charges by weight only. My box was 56*56*35 cm by the way!
Nothing was mentioned of size when I asked before shipping to them but all kinds of rules & regulations came up to justify hiking the price up. I did tell them it’s a desktop computer!
Support is average & replies to each message but in a monotonous “you are SoL” expressions.
Finally the shipping cost was about the same for 3 days express shipping by Aramex but takes 8 days to arrive!
I made a mistake & paid for it dearly!
One more thing; Do not trust any review titled "TRANSBANG Japanese package forwarding service is awesome" as they will waive service fee if you do. TRANSBANG is CRAP!
