Terrible service
Terrible service. Your loved one may never get money you sent. If theyre desperate for it, even worse!
I've sent money over 4 days and it has not reached Nigeria. The recipient never got it. They asked me to send my uk licence for checks which I did immediately. Not even an acknowledgement! Thankfully it's only £42 so the loss is bearable. But I'll never recommend these guys. Anyone who sends money though them does so at their own risk!

I have found TransferBoss to be a very straightforward and reliable service for years now. I tend to use the bank transfer option as I don't generally need money to arrive with my recipient within minutes. The few times issues have arisen, their customer service has been easily reachable and quite helpful.

Transfer boss is at it again
Transfer boss is at it again, a friend of mine have fallen victim. She needed a quick transfer of a small amount, went online and came across TransferBoss October 24th 2021. She downloaded TransferBoss app and sent the amount of £330 through the app. She called TransferBoss customer service and a female picked saying my friend will receive her money before the end of yesterday 25th October 2021. Up till now 26th October 2021 my friend still haven’t gotten her money and TransferBoss contact number 01322 787288 is not going through anymore. My friend have contacted compliance and targeting investigations and enforcement services already. TransferBoss is a fraud do not fall victim.

They are very fraudulent, I sent money with them on Friday but they did not credit the account overseas, they kept on promising that it will be done but nothing happened. Then their customer service number was disconnected. Now am getting the authorities involved. Don’t use them it is not worth the hassle and problems. They are very shady never again

Amazing Service. One thing i even noticed is If there is a slight isssue, the customer service are always on top of their game to assure us. I give them a 100percent
TransferBoss has actually got an amazing service and are trustable.
One thing i noticed is that, if there is a slight problem, there isnt any form of ignorance, their customer service are always reaponsive and try as possible to politely explain the issue and assure that its going to be solved.

Please stay away from this company
Please stay away from this company. They are extremely unreliable and crafty. Very quick to collect your money and over 24 hours will not make any payments. Getting through to their customer service takes nothing less than 45minutes due to lots of people whom they have also put a hold on their payment transactions. If you ask for a refund they will tell you it will take 5 working days but I would not take their word for it.

I was introduced to TransferBoss about 5 years ago. Good experience so far. Not the fastest money transfer on the market but their exchange rates are very competitive
and I've found them to be reliable. Helpful customer service as well.

FRAUD!!!!
The app is clunky and is not particularly user friendly. I placed a transfer and I was asked send my ID so the transfer could be processed. The company processed a wrong amount different from what I requested. Then I was cheated by the company: they transferred a wrong amount in naira with an appalling exchange rate, approximately £1 = N35. I cannot believe how dishonest and fraudulent this people are. Do not use this service!!!!

The company is crap
The company is crap. Sent money through them to Nigeria, money that was suppose to be received in minutes almost 11hrs later still money has not been received. No response to my email, call and all I was told three times calling them is waiting for confirmation but nothing is being done on their part. No help at all from customer service. Still waiting for my money as I type. First time user and will be the last.

This company and another money transfer company named azimo.co may be involved with a scam using a phone message supposedly from the DVLA saying you are owed a refund on your road tax. If you follow through money is taken from your account by these company names.

I set up a transfer to help with bills back home. Money left my account immediately and 12 hours later, these guys are yet to reply my emails in addition to having a number that wouldn't connect in their contact page.
I feel they take your money, trade on Bitcoins or whatever and pay your money many days later. Their rate looked good to Nigeria but avoid them if you want peace of mind.

They deliver as promised
I saw a surprise email advert from transferboss with good exchange rate.I was slightly skeptical, as the last time I sent funds with them was few years ago.I gave it a try with little fund and they delivered with transaction completed in few minutes.My cousin sent as well and he also confirmed the speed of delivery. Henceforth, I will use transferboss for all my fund transfers.

Not to be trusted
Tried sending money to Nigeria urgently, paid money into their bank account and money should have been received in minutes according to their website. 3 days and several calls and emails later, no payment made and no refund.
Also no response to email as at the time of this review, although every time I call am told "the money would be paid today". Yet nothing.
