Client for over 7 years. Only positive experience with VPS service and prompt customer support.
I've used TransIP as the host for all my websites for more than 6 years. During that entire time, I've never had any issues whatsoever with their hosting. All the people at TransIP have gone above and beyond to assist me whenever I had questions or needed to change things on my websites. Very much appreciated, as I'm not a website expert whatsoever. Highly recommend!!!
Super goede en snelle service!
Nooit problemen mee gehad en Chris is een echte HELD.
Keep up the good work!
I logged a query on the Transip website, to enquire about the domain renewal process. My query was swiftly dealt with and I received a response within a few minutes, explaining the process to me. Thanks!
Error free service.. Set up my server in a few minutes, prompt reaction from their support, but the best thing is that most things are properly documentend so you dont need to guess or ask at all.
Excellent help and very fast. I needed help with setting up a staging website, retrieving a backup, and reinstalling my SSL certificate. Super help with all three. Thanks.
Crooked. Charge for 1 whole year and threaten with incassobureau. Stay clear from them.
I cancelled my services, but TransIP continues to send bills .. real thieves.
Very good support team, always get replies within an hour. The support team always goes the extra mile until it's really resolved in the eyes of the client. Thank you.
This company is a scam.
Their commercial practice are awful, I would never recommend someone to get their services and make sure the word has been spread.
You would think that a website service would just take your website offline and suspend your account if you don't pay on time. Apparently, TRANSIP sends your info to a collection agency. From 10Euros to 570Euros, for "collection fees".
And then you try to reach support, but support isn't available by phone.
Then you try to access your account to see what's going on, but your account is totally blocked till you pay your fines.
Then you DO pay your fines, your account is still blocked.
Don't do it! You'll be paying way more than expected. It tried to cancel a couple of times. Only worked after I had paid 2 extra times for nothing already! Their customer support was fast to react, however I asked them to deactivate my account on multiple occasions, which they didn't.
Always get a fast, helpful and friendly response, thank you!
Client for almost 10 years, direct debit failed for 16 euros and immediately to a dept collector with high fees. While the upcoming direct debits are collected by Transip my account and all my email communications got blocked. Dept collector is only emailing to my blocked address and Transip refuses to solve this matter, what an embarrassing customer loyalty.
They make promises they can't keep forever and then don't keep them (and end services on short notice)
TransIP is a very solid company that I have been happily using for several years now. They are responsive to user questions, their handling of security and failover is excellent and the quality of their network is very good.
Not "cutting edge" for wordpress.
The hosting is good when it comes to ease of use and support. That's why TransIp is also a suitable party for local, starting entrepreneurs. However, as soon as you demand a little more from your hosting because you want to scale up or because you want to go international, you run into restrictions that you wouldn't expect. For example, TransIp does not offer possibilities to
connect multiple domains to one website (multisite) Also no CDN hosting is offered and there are major restrictions on uploading files. Many requests from users to realize these possibilities have not been followed up for years (where other webhosting companies has been offering this for a long time). Thats why "cutting-edge infrastructure what you build on" as described on their website is not valid for wordpress hosting
I’ve had nothing but good experience with TransIP.
Even with a difficult hosting situation where they didn’t have to put in the extra effort, they went the full mile.
Not only that, I’ve noticed that their support team responds very accurately and very fast. Honestly have never seen such good support from a hosting company. Most hosting companies take several hours to respond. I’ve gotten a response from TransIP within an hour most of the time, if not less!
Great service with reasonable price. Also very competent and responsive technical support.
I had registered domain name with Transib.nl once. After it has been canceled they didn't stop sending invoices and after some time i found that Transib sent my data to third company which added en extra costs. If you don't want to work with a company that practice scamming their clients simply avoid it.
So do I from now.
