I am a new customer and recently placed my first order and I am already extremely impressed with their customer service! I had an issue that I forgot on my initial order and it was handled immediately and then I needed to add an additional product and that was handled just as quickly. The customer service team is truly amazing and I will be a customer for many years to come!!

My experience with the products have been very positive! In terms of customer service after sales they have been very helpful, time in response, and working out solutions.

I’m 71. I’ve been training 53 years. I’ve seen garbage come and go. I’ve pretty much tried it all. Here’s my review … BUY THIS STUFF !! The Bulk pre-workout is well worth the money. Taste is what you would expect. Results are what you WANT and what you will get. I just ordered my 3rd jug. Nuff said.

Your answers are quick, accurate, and concise

There was an issue processing the order. I felt like it was the site’s fault and I initially received mis-messaging about my order. All it took was reaching out to customer service with an email and all was resolved above my expectations in a timely manner. Will keep being their customer. The product is also great and in line with what I want out of whey with clean ingredients.

They honored a sale price and gave me free shipping so I would save all money I was supposed to, other wise I would only have saved $2, but saved the entire 10%.

I love TL protein powders, and I was on a subscription. But the orders were arriving before I needed more. This last time, I didn't catch the renewal and tried to cancel it before it shipped. They were unable to stop the order, but they told me to keep the product and offered me a full refund. I was amazed at the quick response from customer service as well as the reward for being a loyal customer. I will stay with TL for their excellence in product and customer service.

Iv been Using different whey protein powders for over 20 years and this is by far one of the best products. Not only is the product amazing so is the customer service. I had an issue when purchasing my last order and Patrick got back to me with in 24hrs with options to fix my mess up while ordering. Thanks Patrick you have a loyal customer here!

As someone who works in customer experience myself, I can say with confidence that the team cut right to the chase with a fair solution, provided empathy for my situations, and were friendly the whole way through.

Emailed TL regarding a flavor I was not a fan of, just to give feedback. A represent promptly responded and offered a replacement. Replacement shipped promptly following a brief email exchange. Excellent customer service and some of the best products on the market.

Transparent Labs has had some of the best protein I've used to date. It's clean, flavorful, and has seen better results. If you get a chance to use their support, it is hands down one of the most responsive and understanding support teams out there, and they resolved simple issues with ease and grace.
