I too was quoted one price and charged another, I kept getting cut off in mid conversation when I said I wanted to complain, One month at the start with no Broadband, Eventually when my friendly solicitor stepped in it was discovered I was being charge twice for the Broadband and again things were no included in the deal as they should have been. Now they want £200 to get out of the contract. Disgraceful.

Tamzin was courteous, knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions politely and quickly. She was especially considerate of the fact that I had made a silly mistake in quoting my email address and rectified it immediately. Agreed actions were carried out very quickly.

Sophie was very polite and apparently helpful, but my conversation with her in which she was going to arrange a ticket with Openreach has resulted in no action in 7 days despite a second phone call to report no action after |I had been told Openreach would come between 8 and 5 on Wed 8th. my 2 phone calls were on 6th and 9th August.

She went through each section of the bill with me and explained in detail what everything meant and she was then able to offer me a new monthly tariff to help him.
