The Tranya team is simply amazing, producing excellent quality earphones and constantly evolving to please the customer. Moreover, surprisingly, a part of the earphone had an issue and was under warranty. I contacted them and they sent me a new one. I love this company, the customer service team was exceptional, seriously, not just as a fanboy, but Tranya's earphone is the best. This is already the third one I've purchased, and the service has been excellent on top of that. This team is incredible, I love Tranya.

I have the Tranya T10 earbuds and the audio quality is really nice, however I only bought them about a year ago and they started to malfunction. The customer service team promptly responded to my email and sent a replacement pair when attempts to reset the earbuds did nothing to help. Knocked off a star in my review for longevity of the product, but it was covered within warranty and overall I think they're very good earbuds for what I paid for them.

I had both Tranya T30 and Tranya Nova, I can say that they are very high quality headphones, the best headphones I've ever used, Tranya Nova gave me a charging problem, but I got in touch and They sent me a new one, Tranya support is excellent and practical.

only the charging of the accu is difficult because around after a year the ironmagnets get out of the plastic plugs and I had to use glue to correct it...

I had a received a promotion for a 50% discount on my purchase from the app but when trying to make a purchase the price was not what showed on the promotion which is why I did not complete the purchase.

I bought several products from them and all were amazing! Had a problem with one pair and after a few mails, they've sent me a replacement pair. Great products, amazing company!
