Awful

I bought a watch through Gener8 with a code and wish I hadn't. I'm in the UK. I didn't know the watch was coming from China and would take 3 weeks to arrive. It's a cheap tacky watch which is probably worth no more that £5. I feel like a fool for buying it because it's cheap, tacky and the strap gives me a rash on my wrist. This is why I am giving a one star review. I would not buy from this cheap company masquerading as a classy company again. Awful. The customer services are awful too. I also think most of the Tranya reviews on here have been paid for by Tranya.

Simply the best service from a brand…

Simply the best service from a brand I've ever had. I bought 2 pairs, one was defective and when I got in touch it was super simple and quick. When I was going to ask for the tracking code, it arrived here. Impeccable service

My first pair of tranya T10 Pro was…

My first pair of tranya T10 Pro was defective so I contacted customer support and they gave me a new pair for free and these working great. This is my fifth pair of earbuds I have bought from tranya over the years. 🥰🥰🥰
