Travelex must supply smaller note denominations
While the delivery of foreign currency is convenient, the inability to request specific denominations is extremely unhelpful. My request for USD1400 gave me 14 x USD100 bills. These bills will need to be changed immediately upon our arrival in Ecuador, as we have been advised that many vendors will not accept such a large denomination. We need smaller denominations - preferably $1, $5, $10 and $20 in order to conduct transactions and importantly, to tip service staff (as we are advised by custom). Surely Travelex could create a system whereby customers can specify denominations? Would make our travel experience and our engagement with Travelex much better.

The usual young Women whom have assisted me previously were not at the Travelex Counter when I arrived to collect my Currency and she did not know where my Currency was but she soon rectified the problem and assisted me.

Travelex offer the best exchange rate on the foreign currency that I was buying.
It offered various methods payment options.
When I made the purchase all fees were shown clearly on their buying app screen.
Various delivery methods made it easy to choose a option that suited me and it was deliver on time.
It was easy and I would use their service again.
