Overall very good, but …
They were very good given errors I made when ordering 4 currencies for $3,111 AUD.
However, I dropped 1 star from my assessment as for CAD they provided 3 $100 and 3 $50 notes. For other 3 currencies, Euro, Pound and USD I got a variety of notes, including 5’s, 10’s and 20’s.
I will have to go and get some more CAD to ensure I have some small notes. Canada is my first stop on a world trip.

I have found it easy to use Travelex for placing different currencys on one card. I have yet to use my card but will at the end of August.

I'm angry that you have taken $4 per month for an 'inactivity' fee ... You have had my money in your accounts which you are making interest on and yet you exploit my lack of need to use the card between trips overseas ... this is exploitative and shows no regard for your customers... I will not be using Travelex after this next trip as will be transferring to Wyse

We choose to use them due to there advertising instead of our cards overseas. Numerous times we were on hold because of security features at a food place lol and I’m talking less then $3 AUD transactions
Then, lol you call them…. They can’t unlock it within 24 hours because they can’t contact there security department there is no way of doing so……
Want a good holiday lol stay away from these guys I assure you. Want a stressful holiday quick sign up……

Flawless experience
It was easy to order or currency online. It arrived at our local Travelex very quickly. I was very happy to see that the lovely Lily still works at Toowoomba Travelex. She has assisted us 3 times over the past few years and she’s absolutely lovely.

Easy to navigate the website and fabulous to get an outstanding rate of exchange with only a small fee charged. It is so much more convenient being able to get the money sent locally for collection too
